Brainwashing the Kids for Blind Obedience

This is some mighty brainwashing for the kids to be blindly obedient. Hmm, it's just not the Catholics who hold a monopoly on an "infallible" Pope. Wow! There's a message of salvation by works too in this.

Iglesia ni Cristo[4] (Tagalog pronunciation: [ɪˈgleʃɐ ni ˈkɾisto], abbreviated as INC; English: Church of Christ) is an international Christian denomination that originated in the Philippines. It was registered in 1914 by Felix Y. Manalo,[5][6][7] who became its first executive minister.
The Iglesia ni Cristo proclaims itself to be the one true church and says that it is the restoration of the original church founded by Jesus and that all other Christian churches, including the Roman Catholic Church and Protestant churches, are apostates.[6][8] INC doctrine cites that the official registration of the Church with the Government of the Philippine Islands on July 27, 1914, by Felix Y. Manalo—upheld by its members to be the last messenger of God—was an act of divine providence and the fulfillment of biblical prophecy concerning the reestablishment of the Church of Christ in the Far East[9][10] concurrent with the coming of the Seventh seal marking the end of days.[2][11]

Interesting logo, they have the sun rays for sun worship, the Jesuit "white dove" except this one isn't dive bombing like Calvary Chapel, the freemasonic compass, the torch, and upside down triangle or "pyramid".

BB, they are all apostate! Church of Laodicea. Heck, look at the SBC, it is set up like a pyramid, just like Amway. They are all the same now, just a different flavor - Same spirit of rebellion, same spirit of error, same spirit of deception. Thanks for keeping us informed though.

I agree anonymous...very ominous one too.

Agree last anon, all apostate. SBC teaches this in some churches, saw it myself in a covenant they wanted people to sign forbidding criticism of the pastor. :(

Agree, 1 John 2:27. Good eye by 1st Anon, let us look closer at the logo. Masonic compass with scales attached and three fold flame on top. Masonic colors of white, green & red. Sun rays all around. Stylized all seeing eye on top. Inverted triangle with cross on top is the rule of man. Stylized Ouroboros cloud surrounding. www.apologeticsindex.org/2848-iglesia-ni-cristo Scroll down to UNBIBLICAL BELIEFS. - Don

Thanks for looking at the logo deeper Don, yes they have masonic colors and the horus eye on top and yes the ouroboros cloud. One interesting thing to do is to look at church logos, I did a posting long long ago about how they love those sun symbols but some go in depth. I am not surprised at the false beliefs.

Thanks, BB. I should have typed, "Inverted triangle with crown on top is the rule of man". - Don

WE should not submit to the church administration but we should submit to Christ. It is essential to obey Jesus if one wants to be and remain a Christian. Jesus said if we love him, we will obey him. Also Corinthians, said may there be a curse on anyone who does not love God. This is NOT a works based salvation. Obedience to God is not a work. The grace of God gives us the ability to say no to ungodliness and worldly passions and to live upright lives in this present age (Titus 2:12) It is Christ working in me which gives me the grace- the ability to obey. I am often accused of believing in a works based salvation when I tell people that obedience to Christ (putting into practice his word-- see Parabale of Wise and Foolish Builders in Matthew (ch 7?) Please see the link below for a good explanation of what "believe" means in the Christian life- God bless you.
