The 2045 Intiative: The Future They Desire is Evil
"In February of 2012 the first Global Future 2045 Congress was held in Moscow. There, over 50 world leading scientists from multiple disciplines met to develop a strategy for the future development of humankind. One of the main goals of the Congress was to construct a global network of scientists to further research on the development of cybernetic technology, with the ultimate goal of transferring a human's individual consciousness to an artificial carrier.

2012-2013. The global economic and social crises are exacerbated. The debates on the global paradigm of future development intensifies.

New transhumanist movements and parties emerge. Russia 2045 transforms into World 2045.
Simultaneously, the international social network for open innovation is expanding. Here anyone interested may propose a project, take part in working on it, or fund it, or both. In the network, there are scientists, scholars, researchers, financiers and managers.

2013-2014. New centers working on cybernetic technologies for the development of radical life extension rise. The 'race for immortality' starts.
2015-2020. The Avatar is created -- A robotic human copy controlled by thought via 'brain-computer' interface. It becomes as popular as a car.

2020. In Russia and in the world appear -- in testing mode -- several breakthrough projects:Android robots replace people in manufacturing tasks; android robot servants for every home; thought-controlled Avatars to provide telepresence in any place of the world and abolish the need business trips; flying cars; thought driven mobile communications built into the body or sprayed onto the skin.

2020-2025. An autonomous system providing life support for the brain and allowing it interaction with the environment is created. The brain is transplanted into an Avatar B. With Avatar B man receives new, expanded life.

Can sum this one up using scripture...

Isaiah 14
10 All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?
11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.
12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!
13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:
14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.

Hi BB,

Human wisdom at the best is but a blind guide and they who follow it walk in darkness.

Ecclesiastes 7:29
Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.

I agree, good verse describing this too.

They never think anything through, can you imagine being a "mind" trapped in an "avatar"? It sounds like a worse version of hell. One can see so much darkness in the futures these types imagine for humanity. The world is falling apart too fast for them to enjoy their technological fantasy. They can't even build a nuclear plant without having it poison the earth, supposedly the scientists are going to help everyone live's just man trying to be "like God" desiring the things of Satan.

1 Timothy 6:20 "O Timothy, keep that which is committed to thy trust, avoiding profane and vain babblings, and oppositions of science falsely so called:"

I think of evolution when I see this verse. But perhaps it could be used with other sinful science?

They don't make any sense. They say we are "over crowded" and need to stop having children, but they can prolong life indefinitely. Even now they try to keep people living too long, regardless of quality of life. I just don't see why someone 90 years old should undergo chemo therapy. Don't get me wrong I do not agree with Eugenics at all. But extending life just because you can isn't always right. I know a lady who's grandmother died a horrible death of starvation because the pace maker was not allowing her heart to stop. And they would not turn it off. Again, please do not think that I want our elders to die, cause that's not what I'm getting at. It just seems so wrong to abort millions of babies, and some of those babies are used to try to extend the lives of others .

And this guy Itskov needs to be watched. When they start claiming someone wants to be the Saviour of humanity.and saying that we all need to line our thoughts and beliefs up with his ideas so that we can live. What next stick this avatar program in your hand or head, or you can't be part of our society. You would definitely be able to see who is marked.and who is not. With a robot suit and all. Itskov also says to be somewhat like a monk. Not interested in women. The Bible says that he will not regard the desire of women. Just saying, he's 32 and people are very intrigued by him and his blaspheme.

I agree about that verse applying to science like this. Remember many of the atheists and others hold to science like a religion even though it has given humanity things like nuclear bombs and GMO food. While science has helped with a few things, it has hurt and harmed too. Those who trust in it, are doomed to failure.

I agree they don't make sense. I guess maybe they figure all these computers can download everyone's personalities, of course what happens when the power goes out? They can't even keep the lights on when a puff of wind happens, and the nuclear plants from poisoning the earth but they expect to have everyone live "forever" via some computer-humanity matrix operation? Give me a break. If everyone lives forever if they think we have overpopulation now, just wait, and whose going to manage the billions of computer files of "avatars"? What if a computer file personality goes rogue?

I don't want to go down they let everyone live too long road because with Obamacare etc. I see this changing really soon. They have their plans for the elderly and disabled and they are not good plans. That said, I think people have the right to turn down unwanted treatments. Chemo I don't even believe in. That could be a whole other subject.
I believe there is definitely some over-stepping happening but given the collapse of the economy etc, that is probably not due to last very long and they will go the other direction as life is not honored at all. I agree about the millions of babies being abortion and used too. So Itskov lives as a monk? Wonder if he is a secret Jesuit?

Satan has to mimick everything of God, even "eternal life".

2 Cor. 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.

Yes, he says he lives somewhat like a monk. And that he will not marry or have children.
