Pope: Works Will Save Even Atheists!

Pope Francis Says Atheists Who Do Good Are Redeemed, Not Just Catholics

To form the one world religion of "unity in diversity", good works will be one of their foundations, also it will be their cover, as the Antichrist, false gods and idolatry are advanced under the guise of "doing good" and joining together for "the brotherhood of man". As I have written elsewhere many times, the "jesus" they advance is the Antichrist, the "jesus" who is the "cosmic christ" of all religions.
"Pope Francis rocked some religious and atheist minds today when he declared that everyone was redeemed through Jesus, including atheists. During his homily at Wednesday Mass in Rome, Francis emphasized the importance of "doing good" as a principle that unites all humanity, and a "culture of encounter" to support peace."
The harlot and it's head want to deceive the world telling them WORKS will SAVE YOU! Do GOOD and GOD WILL SAVE YOU when the Bible says the complete OPPOSITE! These are lies from Satan Himself as the Pope said:
"The Lord created us in His image and likeness, and we are the image of the Lord, and He does good and all of us have this commandment at heart: do good and do not do evil. All of us. ‘But, Father, this is not Catholic! He cannot do good.’ Yes, he can... "The Lord has redeemed all of us, all of us, with the Blood of Christ: all of us, not just Catholics. Everyone! ‘Father, the atheists?’ Even the atheists. Everyone!".. We must meet one another doing good. ‘But I don’t believe, Father, I am an atheist!’ But do good: we will meet one another there.”
Ephesians 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Works will not save anyone whether they are Atheist, Buddhist or Catholic. Under the one world religion umbrella, the Catholic church wants everyone [well except for true Christians who realize what they are]. Pope Francis said this a few months back.

Pope Francis says atheists can be 'allies' for the church

Let's see Pope Francis back his claim up using the bible.

So much for being infallible, I guess the pope never read John 14:6 - Don

The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good. Psalm 14:1

No matter how good a work an Atheist does, his works are filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6). The only ones God will reward are those who believe on him and his Son Jesus.

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Hebrews 11:6

"the Catholic church wants everyone [well except for true Christians who realize what they are]"

...thus setting up the statement of Jesus that "you will be hated by all for My Name's sake".

See, the "jesus" of catholicism is not the true Jesus. The "jesus" of catholicism will persecute the true Jesus and the followers of the true Jesus, as it always has. Nothing has changed in Rome, nor will it ever.

Great post, and to tie it to another recent post, let Brian Welch and Ries and company come out and say that the pope is an antichrist for this statement. For, that is what the Bible calls him for such a statement.

If they refuse, then they're not rebels against the establishment. They're part of the establishment. Which we all already knew anyway. They are there to tow the line for the establishment, against the true Jesus Christ that would say, the pope is an antichrist for what he said (and he was one before he said this anyway, of course).

The pope (who knows the scriptures and the deity of Christ) just called Jesus a liar...the pope is unsavable according to Hebrews 6 and Hebrews 10.

Somehow Anon, I get the feeling if someone told the truth about Rome in the company of Ries and Welch, they'd probably go on about "haters" and how Catholics are "Christians" too. Yeah they definitely wouldn't call the Pope out for this antichrist statement or say he is an antichrist.

I see them as part of the "establishment", same as Rick Warren and the rest of the too. As I have written on here, the Catholic church is the litmus test for the phonies, when they see it as a "fellow Christian church" this tells you they know nothing of the true gospel or of a relationship with Jesus Christ.

This Pope is upping the ante, News4themasses posted about the continued upgrading of the call for a world economic authority too, more demands and building things up for the antichrist kingdom.

I agree JL.

That is a good start as a litmus test. If they can't identify catholicism as a false gospel that leads to hell, then it doesn't matter what else they have to say.

In answer to Paul's quoting, read :
Jas 2:20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
Jas 2:21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?
That was the answer of a True apostle of Yeshua to the false apostle Paul concerning "faith and works "

Feel free to not believe it ...but take a look at the message to the 7 Churches , in Revelation...and note each time "works " is mentionned

"That was the answer of a True apostle of Yeshua to the false apostle Paul concerning "faith and works ".

James was a jew who preached to jews, Israel, the circumcision. Paul preached to the Gentiles as ordered by Christ. Paul preached the cross, The other disciples did not have the cross. Even Peter was confused by Paul's gospel.

But the point is, we are now under grace. Paul's teachings are what the church follows. The church being the body of believers who are saved in Christ through his blood atonement. Most jews reject Jesus today as they did yesterday, that is why it is the time of the gentiles. But ofcourse jews can become part of the church also. Paul's gospel is the only one in affect today. To reject Paul is to reject the gospel God taught through Paul for the church.

I should also add. None of the other dsciples ever called Paul a false teacher. If he was false, they would have said so. He would have also not been in the bible. Infact, it was Paul who got Peter straight, when Peter was in error.

But, I personally consider Paul the greatest disciple. For he had the greatest news, that of the cross and grace. I do not make Paul an idol tho, for he was simply a sinner saved and used by Christ to preach grace. It all goes back to Jesus, God in the flesh. Paul simply points to Our Savior, Jesus, and his Death and resurrection for us.

James isn't saying how to get into heaven. He's saying justification with MAN is by works. But justification with GOD is by faith alone without works (Romans 4:2-5).

A person that adds any works to salvation, will go to hell, not heaven.

But the person that posted, doesn't believe that Paul is from God. So they are a heretic and not a Christian and don't know God.

Just a suggestion to the blog owner, and only a suggestion (you should do what you want), why let these clowns on your site? They add nothing to the discussion. They just say that 2/3 of the New Testament is not really from God. That doesn't foster good informative discussion. They're a waste of time.

"And account that the longsuffering of our Lord is salvation; even as our beloved brother Paul also according to the wisdom given unto him hath written unto you;"
2 Peter 3:15

If Paul was a false teacher why then does Peter commend his writings?

:) I'm writing a post on the links between the teaching of Jesus and Paul - to show that Paul was indeed preaching the same Gospel - so I ask the person doubting Paul's words to check my blog soon.

Please please throw away your cult understanding of James. Truth faith will have some fruit of works, but works will never, ever, ever save you because you cannot live the sinless life worthy of eternal life.

Can a murderer stand before a judge and claim that he should not be found guilty because he isn't a thief? Why then do you think God will not find you guilty because you lived a little more righteously than other sinners.

One sin = guilty of breaking entire law = hell.

I agree last anon.

Those who think they can win heaven via righteous living may as well be a Roman Catholic.

Salvation is via faith.

Faith brings the holiness and being made into a "new work" via God.

WORKS THAT SAVE AND WORKS THAT DON'T
THE WORK THAT SAVES

What work endures to eternal life.

John 6:27-29 Do not work for the food perishes, but for the food which endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you, for on Him the the Father, God has set His seal." 28 Therefore they said to Him, "What shall we do, so that we may work the works of God?" 29 Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you believe in Him whom He as sent."

The work that men do to be saved is believe that Jesus is the Son of God, and their Lord and Savior and that God raised Him from the dead. Yes, there is a work that men do, that can save them. Believing is the work men that do that saves.

THERE IS A WORK THAT GOD DOES, THAT SAVES.

Colossians 2:12 having been buried with Him in baptism, in whichyou were also raised up with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.

God does the work in water baptism. Not men.
You cannot separate faith and water baptism.
Mark 16:16 He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved....

1 Peter 20-21 ...safely through the water. 21 Corresponding to thatbaptism now saves you ---not the removal of dirt from the flesh, but an appeal to God for a good conscience--- through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

You cannot separate faith and water baptism. Man's work is to believe. God's work is to forgive men of their sins.

Colossians 2:12-13.......When you dead in your transgressions and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he made you alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our transgressions,

You cannot separate faith and water baptism.

WORKS THAT DO NOT SAVE.

Galatians 2:11-16....16 nevertheless know that a man is not justified by works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ Jesus and not by works of the Law; since by works of the Law no flesh will be justified.

The apostle Paul was not telling Cephas (Peter) and Barnabas,
that believing in Jesus was a work of the Law Moses,
that being baptized in water for the forgiveness of sins was a work of the Law of Moses,
that repenting (turning from unbelief and making a commitment to turn from from a sinful lifestyle and turning toward God) was a work of the Law of Moses,
that confessing that Jesus was the Son of God, their Lord and Savior and believing that God raised Jesus from the dead, was a work of the Law of Moses.

FAITH-REPENTANCE-CONFESSION and WATER BAPTISM are not works of the Law of Moses.

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace you have been savedthrough faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God.
Colossians 2:12 ....baptism...through faith in the working of God...
Ephesians 2:9-10 not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in the.

Believing in Jesus is not a good work.
Repenting is not a good work.
Confessing is not a good work.
Being baptized in water is not a good work.

Believing (John 3:16) Repenting (Acts 2:38) Confessing (Romans 10:9-10) and Water Baptism (Mark 16:16) are all essential for salvation, however NONE of them are Laws of Moses nor are they good works.

Water baptism does not save. Jesus Christ baptizes with the Holy Spirit. Mark 1:8, Matthew 3:11, Luke 3:16. You receive the Holy Spirit by faith Galatians 3:2---------James
