Biometric Database of All Adult Americans Hidden in Immigration Reform
Here is the latest news in America. I always thought they would try a backdoor way to bring "Real ID" in. Even if this attempt fails, they will keep retrying. Be sure about that.
The immigration reform measure the Senate began debating yesterday would create a national biometric database of virtually every adult in the U.S., in what privacy groups fear could be the first step to a ubiquitous national identification system. Buried in the more than 800 pages of the bipartisan legislation (.pdf) is language mandating the creation of the innocuously-named “photo tool,” a massive federal database administered by the Department of Homeland Security and containing names, ages, Social Security numbers and photographs of everyone in the country with a driver’s license or other state-issued photo ID.
Employers would be obliged to look up every new hire in the database to verify that they match their photo. This piece of the Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act is aimed at curbing employment of undocumented immigrants. But privacy advocates fear the inevitable mission creep, ending with the proof of self being required at polling places, to rent a house, buy a gun, open a bank account, acquire credit, board a plane or even attend a sporting event or log on the internet. Think of it as a government version of Foursquare, with Big Brother cataloging every check-in.
“It starts to change the relationship between the citizen and state, you do have to get permission to do things,” said Chris Calabrese, a congressional lobbyist with the American Civil Liberties Union. “More fundamentally, it could be the start of keeping a record of all things.” For now, the legislation allows the database to be used solely for employment purposes. But historically such limitations don’t last. The Social Security card, for example, was created to track your government retirement benefits. Now you need it to purchase health insurance. “The Social Security number itself, it’s pretty ubiquitous in your life,” Calabrese said."They've been wanting a National ID card for years, I always wondered how they were going to make it happen. There have been court battles with so called "Real ID" for years.
Those who support Obama and the police state are already on board, but hey now they can bring the right side of the NWO divide in claiming that this will curb illegal immigration to get people to sign up.

"NaturalNews) Control - this is what fuels many Congressmen and women. Recently, two U.S. senators met with President Obama, vouching for a biometric national ID card that would force workers to submit to a fingerprint, hand, or iris scan. Any worker failing to comply with this biometric tracking mandate, would be terminated from their job.
The program would be titled the "Believe System," an acronym for Biometric Enrollment, Locally stored Information and Electronic Verification of Employment. The ID card would contain a digital encryption key that would be required to match work authorization databases. The micro-processing chip on the card would store the biometric identifier. The worker would be required to carry this card and the employer would be forced to scan it.
Who's behind this controlling proposal? The two sponsors of the legislation, Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Lindsey Graham (R-SC) say the new identification cards will "ensure that illegal workers cannot get jobs, dramatically decreasing illegal immigration."

Biometric Databases are being expanded WORLDWIDE:
I just posted about these biometric cards/National IDs in Africa:
The New World Order Advances in Africa
It's happening in many other places, via biometric passport and the rest.
Think of the implications and the degree of control they will have. This goes beyond a driver's license. Yes those have already been networked into a national system. I know some states have required more biometrics more then others. This is a step towards RFID chips and the mark of the beast warned about in Revelation. One could see that these cards will be required for everything, from getting a job, to having a bank account, accessing medical care and travel. There is a reason they are being pushed worldwide.
