Taken from FEMA/Homeland Security’s own website; in a matter of days a National test of the Emergency broadcast System or EAS (Emergency Alert System) on November 9, 2011. This will be a Nationwide test, simultaneously across the United States, from 30 seconds up to 3 1/2 minutes.

I am not sure if this is supposed to affect the internet too...anyone know?

Baum, which represents lenders including Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan Chase and Wells Fargo, are being blamed for mocking the homeowners their law firm targets with foreclosure."
