Skewed Evangelical Priorities

OK its from Christianity Today, "Polling Evangelicals: Cut Aid to World's Poor, Unemployed" so take with a grain of salt. I can understand the not being eager for endless foreign aid and global elite wealth clean out programs where the poor barely ever see a dime in this economy but the harshness shown towards the American unemployed, the support for "law and order"--[police state?] when this country already imprisons far more of its population then any other, the support for wars [the sad thing is the Christians who have figured out the real deal with the endless overseas wars that have bankrupted this nation, seem to be few in number.] I certainly do not agree with Wallis on everything, but the whole thing shows me that a lot of evangelicals sure are listening to false preachers and politicians more then reading their bibles.
