Christians Discerning the Truth About Chuck Missler

Others have done some of this research regarding Missler but want to share my experiences and share these links to expose this false teacher. Years ago, I listened to Chuck Missler's DVDs, CDs, and online Bible teachings, many were sent to me via a diehard fan of Chuck Missler's. Chuck Missler is a popular teacher in Calvary Chapel circles, and even got his start with Chuck Smith's Costa Mesa church. Chuck Missler says even recently on his website that he considers Chuck Smith still to be his "personal pastor" and that along with his business partner, and Walter Martin, he was mentored by Chuck and them, and they have served on each other's board of director's. Hal Lindsey has played a part too where Chuck Missler admits that they shared a long personal relationship and helped him get his start as well.

Chuck Missler is a very popular teacher in Calvary Chapel circles, and in Calvary Chapel many will share his teaching CDs, books and much more. I listened probably to dozens. Now being trained to always test by God's Word, while I was intrigued by in-depth Bible studies, there were things that alarmed me about Missler from the get-go, why did he warn about YK2 which turned out to be the biggest bust going? His Nephilim teachings were strange and kind of raised a red flag--the idea of fallen angels mating with humans seemed more from the uninspired book of Enoch then from scripture. Some of the teachings about the Bible seemed to border on Kabbalah like interpretations of the special meaning and use of words or even specific Hebrew Letters. Why did he advance Bible Codes? Even if he separated from himself from the popular Bible Code books, this was worrisome as well. I myself reading Bible Codes II at a bookstore, saw the scary prophecy [which obviously turned out be false] that a major USA city would be nuked in 2006, and realized with time, those books were just more confusion and using the Bible for sinful divination which was not based on any truth. The focus on Bible Codes in general seemed just more distraction. My worry about Chuck Missler being a false teacher and not just making normal human errors or misjudgements, grew stronger and strong.

It got even worse, the false doctrines piled to the ceilings with Chuck Missler's wife publishing a book he supports called "The Kingdom, Power and Glory" which said that so called "carnal Christians" [there really is no such thing] during the Millennium will be sent away from the Lamb's Supper Table to go stew in "darkness". This one floored me because it basically spoke of a Protestant Purgatory or at the very least putting Christians back under the law. Even Dave Hunt, who says he considers Missler a friend came out against this book warning of its false doctrines considering this "outer darkness".

But the picture grows even darker. With further study, one can find out that Chuck Missler is purported to be a member of the Council for National Policy, a group that has oddly both the antichrist Reverend Moon [who claims to the Messiah today], and Catholic Knights of Malta members and even has been headed by a Catholic president until at least last year coupled with Tim LaHaye who helped found it. The Reverend Moon connections to this group and others like it have made for some odd Christian right bedfellows . What was scary were the so called "Christians" who excused this, saying politics trumped the teachings of the Bible.

But as I looked over more and found out about Chuck Missler's connections to the Swansat Project things got even stranger and surreal. As the website Discerning the World asked in a different way: I too ask: What kind of born again Christian pastor would be behind a program like this? That seems one world government to the core: "Learn how SWANsat™ can help stabilize the world's economy through the proposed gold-backed Auric™ currency". Its main focus as co-associate Welty states being: "SWANsat could play a significant leadership role in connecting every person on the face of the planet.” and the what about the "African Union"? The mind boggles.

Other Christians have discerned the truth about Missler and go into even more detail as to the odd bedfellows at conferences and other worrisome teachings and connections. Please take heed and be careful of trusting in this teacher. I have thanked God for warning me.

Well Chuck Smith can hardly be Missler's personal pastor since they live in two different states. LOL

As for the rest, yea I have concerns too. Keeping an eye on things.

And what do past affiliations have to do with today?

Oh and by the way, Chuck isn't invited to ALL Calvary Chapel conferences, only the ones who have gone the way of emergent and purpose driven. He is no longer invited to any of the conferences I watch.

And Missler separated himself from those OTHER Bible code yahoos because they WERE into the occult. If you do not understand the Hebrew or Greek Alphabet and numbering system, then you have no room to judge him for what he has found in the Scriptures.

And what he has found does not border on the occult. IT does not matter what Hebrew course you are going to learn, the fact is every letter has a corresponding number and the way they recorded amounts etc, were by the Hebrew LETTERS.

Now do your homework.

Past affiliations?

How hard is to understand this?: [from the first link]

"Chuck Smith is my personal pastor, serves on our Board of Directors, and it was his tutoring, trust and sponsorship over the past several decades that also has led to our present ministry."

Is it just me or is there an massive increasing interest in the Nephilim? Even Patricia King's XP channel is promoting Nephilim books and such..To watch the XPTV video 'The Nephilim Agenda ...

I am starting to think this is part of the bigger endtime delusion.. just finished with the Wolf in Sheeps Clothing book( report) lots of good info in there. Blessings

Ive noticed it too foundthetruth. To be honest I believe there is delusion attached to the Nephilim teachings as well. I think Wolves with Sheep's Clothing does have a lot of good info, but I have told the blog owner there, I worry about there being a delusion regarding this Nephilim stuff, if Christians are told, that these are biological beings, wouldnt that lead many to not use spiritual warfare? Of coure this is an area I need to study more in if God so leads me. It is something to think about. One book, that does expose some of this Nephilim stuff is the one Cathy Burns wrote called "Nephilim, Fallen Angels and Aliens", there are some good warnings in there and things to think about. Welcome to my blog.

Look for a future Nephilim entry, I will admit, that I do not know everything about the Nephilim but want to invite other Christians to explore this issue with me. There is a lot of deception I believe coming in with the Nephilim teachings that come from the occult and the false [non-inspired] book of Enoch.

Chuck Missler always addends his discussion of Bible codes with the explanation that they not to be used for divination, which he rightly explains is forbidden to us. He always portrays Bible codes as a method which God uses to authenticate the authorship of His Word.

I am familiar with Chuck Missler's teaching on the Nephilim, and it seems to be solidly based on the scriptures. When you imply he is a false teacher, perhaps you would be so kind as to also use the scripture to present your case.

To attack the man because he has a background in international business and information technology, is allegedly affiliated with a satellite network or even a gold based alternative monetary device, as if that somehow proves he is doing the work of the devil, seems rather short sighted.

That Chuck Missler is a man, and therefore is not perfect. That goes without saying. The Bible tells us all men are liers. The same is true for all of us. No doubt we will all have much to learn when we stand before Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Personally I can't help believing that Chuck Missler will also hear some praise from Our Lord, as well.

I did some research and found out Swansat and Welty [see mentions above] are working with the United Nations. {see the second one it is more direct}

"On 17 September we presented a briefing on SWANsat to His Excellency Ludwig Scotty, President of Nauru, as a side event to the United Nations summit held in New York City"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"From 12-15 September we attended the ITU's Mobile Telecommunications Conference in Kiev, Ukraine, where we presented a discussion on how SWANsat can meet the Open Access Goals of the United Nations Information and Communications Technologies Task Force."

What I want to know is how can this Bible teacher, claim to be against the United Nations and "new world order" and "world governance"

{see here right from his website:

http://www.khouse.org/6640/BP054/

and then be connected directly to business endeavors like Swansat?

Helping to form the one world currency over Africa [along with satellites] is doing the work of the devil.

I always wondered how the AC would be able to control Africa, which has many remote parts that stand aside from mainstream international commerce. I guess now I know how.

Read Genesis six. The lines of Seth notion is totally off base. 1 Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were BORN to them, 2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
3 And the LORD said, “My Spirit shall not strive[a] with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.” 4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.

'Discerning the world' site has good article on Missler. He's not who he says he is. duh, but it's a good article check it out. I find it interesting that so many of the supportive bricks in Smith's pyramid point to 'Family' relations, CFR, Illuminati, etc. but a direct link from Smith to them still eludes me! I know it's out there...

I don't agree with Discerning the World on some things, the owner thinks NIV is an ok Bible etc...but with the Missler article, yeah that one is good.

I think you could find more of a direct link, I have followed some of the Lausanne rabbit trails.

I wrote this elsewhere months ago:

"What I am noticing is a lot of connections to Lausanne leaders and organizations and lots of meetings, like a spider web. Tal Brooke writing a book with Chuck Smith was just one thing, but it continues. Watch unto Prayer and some other discernment websites list Calvary Chapel as one of the facilitators of the Lausanne Covenant. Realizing the close connection of Calvary Chapel pastors with BG makes this very possible.

http://www.missionfrontiers.org/pdf/1988/08/a8817.htm

"Major buildings on the Wheaton campus sported names written in Korean. Not a word of English could be found in the program materials. There was only a token representation of non-Korean speakers, no doubt as a courtesy more than a necessity. Among them: Thomas Wang, international director, Lausanne Committee for World Evangelization; David Howard, general secretary, World Evangelical Fellowship; Ralph Winter, general director, U. S. Center for World Mission; Chuck Smith, senior pastor, Calvary Chapel, Southern California, and Archer Torrey, an Episcopalian missionary to Korea."

One thing in doing research on the Lausanne Covenant is remembering to research its different parachurch groups and noticing how the tentacles reach into so many evangelical churches including Calvary Chapel.

I've ministered around the world, and in particular I minister in deliverance and the pulling down of demonic strongholds in geographical areas of the world. I have been face to face with the demonic;I have seen those who walk amongst us today, that are not totally human. You are arrogant and ignorant of the word of God concerning endtimes; "as it were in the days of Noah". We are living in those days and if you find it hard to believe that the fallen ones mated with women to create the nephlim, or giants as in Genesis 6, and that Satan is still engaged in such activities today; I would love for you to accompany me on a ministry trip or deliverance session some day to see for yourself! I suggest you read Tom Horn's books, "Apollyon Arising 2012", or his new book "Forbidden Gates". I suggest you get yourself spirtually armed for what's already here and for what's coming ahead! Your first quest I would recommend, would to seek to be empowered from on high by the God of Heaven, so you will have the power to stand in the evil days ahead, and to have spiritual discernment.

Hi,

I believe that deliverance is important though definitely it seems we do have different beliefs about it.

Why do you believe in pulling down demonic strongholds over territorial areas? Where is that in the Bible? I covered this topic a bit on this blog entry:

http://galatiansfour.blogspot.com/2010/11/new-apostolic-reformation-seeking-power.html

I believe you in terms of having come face to face with the demonic. I believe there are many that are possessed. I do not want to go into detail, but when I was an non-Christian, I did deal with someone who was possessed, watching their eyes go totally black, was something I saw for myself. I am a believer in spiritual warfare.

The Bible tells us of possessed people all throughout it including the man in Mark 5.
What makes you determine that the people you are witnesing are "not human" and not merely dealing with a demonic possession? My theory is that this Nephilim stuff is to downgrade biblical spiritual warfare. Why bother to cast demons out when you believe the person in front of you is NOT a HUMAN? That is non-biblical. So when you encountered these "non-humans" did you try to cast evil spirits out in the name of Jesus Christ?

I do not agree with Tom Horn nor Raider's news network and believe what I said in this article about the Nephilim, that it is total delusion and set up for Christians...Please read it will explain more for you.

http://galatiansfour.blogspot.com/2010/10/deceiving-you-with-aliens-and-nephilim.html

You do not need to take me on your deliverance trips to "prove" to me that Satan or demons exsist.

I'll give Scripture that proves Missler is under the leadership of Satan and not God.

The only problem is hardly any christians heed Gods counsel. Here goes. IS. 8:20 If they speak not to the Law or the testimony theres no light in them. Chuck M spits and pukes all over Gods Law.

I agree with you....the NWO stuff alone shows what he is aligned with, and false teachings. The more I and others have studied Calvary Chapel, the church he is associated with the scarier the picture.

Chuck frequently quotes ACTS 17:11.We need to search out what he says is true before we say he is a false teacher.Agree if it is BIBLE BASED if not DISREGARD

I read and listened to dozens of Missler tapes, and more.
Read his website. This was a teacher I probably heard more from then many, but I was noticing the discrepancies and what didn't match scripture. The Kingdom Power and Glory teachings definitely skew from scripture.

because a MAN attempts to understand the psyche of our spiritual minds...you would go as far as claim it is of satanic use is totally unfounded and unloving as a christian. To the Great mass of brothers and sisters Mr Missler has endeared himself to, you sir or miss should walk very careful condemning him and her without weighing all sides. If you understand Romans 2, you o man are not the judge and should weigh his body of work before placing condemnation, i say this with love for you my brother.

Yes, Missler is popular, sadly most who follow him as a valid Bible teacher do NOT KNOW about his deep new world order involvements. I found out and so have others. There is no excuse for them. I have weighed all sides, the evidence of his new world order involvement is huge and can be seen. I have videos to post soon that I found.

Missler IS a Born Again believer. He is a flawed human being!! like we all are. The problem is we as Christians need to be careful that we don't take out some of the wheat while trying to discern the tares!
If Missler were not a Chrisitian, why would he insist that people must be Born Again? Why would he preach the gospel?
Having said this, I will say that the MOST attacked thing in Christianity, the truth that is under the MOST assault from our adversary Satan, is the FINISHED WORK OF CHRIST ON THE CROSS and the Christian's POSITION IN CHRIST. Satan hates what Jesus did 2000 years ago more than he hates anything God is doing today!!
It is sad to see men Like Missler take away from our position in Christ with a book like The Kingdom, Power and Glory. Our inheritance is based upon our SONSHIP NOT OUR SERVICE.
Furthermore, men like MacArthur, Ray Comfort, Paul Washer, James MAcDonald, and many more of the "younger breed" Christian teachers don't understand Biblical salvation as being ONLY an acceptence of what Jesus did in our place on the cross. Repentence in terms of salvation, is simply to ACKNOWLEDGE THE TRUTH. This acknowledgement comes ONLY by the revealing work of the Spirit. A person who KNOWS Jesus IS BORN AGAIN. Turning from sinful things and giving ourselves in service DOES NOT save us!!!!!!!!!!!! The regenerating work of the Spirit saves us regardless of what we choose to do with our new life in Him.
This is what separates Christianity from all other religions: religion is man doing something to get right with God. Biblical salvation is when a person realizes that Jesus died for him and that in understanding this, the individual IS saved.
Belief, if it is a work of the Spirit, is what saves us. Philippians 1:29 tells us who are saved that "it has been GIVEN to us to believe on Him.
My dear brothers and sisters: IT IS ALL JESUS and what He has freely done and given to those who are His from before the foundation of the world!

Have you seen the latest on Missler...

There is NO WAY, that someone with the Holy Spirit indwelling would be this deep and connected to new world order operations. Can you explain to me how he missed all those warnings about the Beast in Revelation?

http://galatiansfour.blogspot.com/2011/10/videos-exposing-chuck-misslers-deep-new.html

Now stop making excuses for this sort of thing and face facts, this man is a deceiver.

Good works come out of true salvation. Not the other way around, I already have said that on this blog.

Missler is preaching Jesuit-Catholic lies in that book The Kingdom Power and the Glory, looks like he wants to be one of the "elite" in heaven too, while the humble Christians get the doghouse in his imagined millenial kingdom.

A future millenial kingdom on "earth" is a deception too. But I still have to address that in a new blog entry.

This idea that one can go hang out with the new world order, and help build up the beast currency and tracking system in Africa means the man is still born again is ludicrous.

Those are not fruits of a born again believer but a deceiver.

If you do a study on the term "sons of God in the OT,you will see it refers to direct creations of God and the book of Job makes it clear that the term refers to angels. Also, why does it make reference to Noah was perfect in all his generations, genetically pure.
The alternate view of the "sons of God" refers to Seth's godly line and the "daughters of men" is referring to Cains ungodly line makes no sense for many reasons. First of all,if Seths line is so godly, why are they marrying Cain's evil daughers? Isn't Seth's son Enosh who was among those who profaned the name of the Lord?(Gen.5:26) Also, the Seth view was invented in 500 AD by Augustine and all teachers including OT scholars always interpreted that incident as being angels and women. But the NT makes it clear that this exactly what happened.
In Jude 6-7 speak of the angels leaving their first estate or original realm or position, and left their own abode(same word Paul uses for our spiritual body in 2Cor.5) and went after strange flesh. Strange flesh is another type, class, nature, different speicies, another type of flesh. Then in vs 7 when it says "to these" it refers back to the fallen angels in vs 6 to explain what the men of Sodom did, which was going after strange flesh. The men wanted male flesh when they were created to be with women and Angels went after human females when they were no suppose to go after anything. Also we know angels always look like good looking men and take on bodies(Gen.19) as seen when the men wanted to have sex with them in Sodom.
From these verse there is no other conclusion that you can come to excpt Gen 6 and jude 6-7 are referring to angekls going after strange flesh. In Gen 6 there was a strange offspring that made a serious impression in their day and again in Num 33.
After Gen 3:15 statn knew God would destroy using a womansd seed so he set out to corrupt in Gen 6 and then again when Israel came into the land. God destroyed the earth and told Israel to kill every man, women and child, why? Because they were not fully human and could ruin the Messiahs bloodline. Read it and check it out,it is exactly what happened.

Thank you for this post! A friend shared it with me on Facebook and it highlights some worrisome things about Missler I already had, and expose QUITE a lot more to me. Thank you again!

I have been a Missler fan, but there have been a few things he pushed that made me step back from his teachings. These were things which I did not agree with doctrinally or Scripturally, such as saying that the Apostle Paul feared about losing his Salvation, and that those slaves thrown into the outer darkness are Christians who did not do well enough on earth (i.e. works) and will be in Heaven but not allowed into the marriage supper of the Lamb. I have also been looking into the disturbing things associated with Calvary Chapel and Chuck Smith (Knights of Malta association, etc.).

I know about that Missler book

http://www.kingshighway.org/BIBLE_STUDY/KPG/KPG_book.html

I read parts of it, and even thought about writing on it, but it's from acouple years ago, I have mentioned it before.

Christians who get thrown in outer darkness.

Hmmmmm what does that sound like?

Sounds like PURGATORY to me.

It seems like Missler wants heaven [well the millenial kingdom] run like earth is, with the elites eating lobster at the table planning conquests while the poor wretched serfs sit out in the mudpuddles.

The Catholic church teaches basically the same thing, that average joe will be in Purgatory, and the top dogs get the best of heaven.

Yeah check out my Calvary Chapel posts on this blog, I have written about them quite a bit.

Welcome to the blog.

Hello everyone, the problem with what people are saying about Missler's view is they are taking things out of context,it is not about heaven,it he is speaking of the Millennial kingdom. Now if you don't believe that there is a literal, physical, 1,000 yr Kingdom, then I understand why you feel the way you do. Like I have said before ,I don't agree with Chuck Misslers view of "the outer darkeness" and am an ex Roman Catholic and I am very sensitive to anything that even hints of RC doctrine. I have lost literally hundreds of close family members because of the grip the RCC had on their lives. But to defend Missler's position,he is not saying this happens in heaven ,but in the kingdom period. The question comes down to, is everyone equal after the judgment seat of Christ? If so then what is the point of being judged on how we live and the giving of crowns if there are absolutely no rewards for being obedient. These individuals that are cast into outer darkness do not lose their slavation, they just do not rule and reign within Christ in His directs presence during the Millenial kingdom, but when the thousand years are over and the New heaven and New earth become a reality, at that point all are completely equal. Chuck Missler takes alot of time and effort to make that distinction and unless you have read the book, you would not know that. So it is not as outrageous in context, as it is outside of the context it in which it was presented. The question Missler is adressing is what is the difference between those who live a life of sacrifice and complete obedience to God and the believer who lived a life that was not completely sacrificial or obedient, are they treated 100% equal in the kingdom,or are there rewards for how we live our lives for Christ? That is an important question and is an important topic for the Church today. When we are given crowns for certain acts of obedience, are they symbolic or do they represent some type of status or extra blessing in the kingdom? Chuck attempts to use scripture to answer this question. I disagree with alot of the conclusions Chuck Missler came to,but it is not as clear cut as it has been made out to be on this site. It helps to have read the book to understand the points Missler raised. The main thing to understand is Missler is not saying heaven must be earned ,but rather rewards determine job and responsabilities in the physical, literal, 1,000 yr Kingdom spoken about throughout the writings of the OT prophets(all but Jonah,Nahum,Haggai and Habakkuk speak of a physical kingdom, where the covenants promised will be fulfilled) and briefly in the Book of Revelation(ch 20-22). It is an interesting topic and Misllers book is interesting and makes some good points, although I ultimately have a problem with the terminology and the conclusions Missler comes to,but it is not heretical by any means if you keep it with the intended context,it is just a different point of view than I happen to hold, different doesn't mean hereitical, unfortunately sometimes that is how authors and ideas are treated, especially when the book is not read and the proper context of the information is explained.

Bible Believer said...

Yes I know Missler is speaking about the millennial kingdom instead of heaven, so you are right about that. I do not believe in a future millennial kingdom on earth to come. Realizing how much deception is linked to it, including those who want to rebuild the temple and hope for animal sacrifices to come back [blasphemy] has been revelatory.

http://galatiansfour.blogspot.com/2011/01/insane-teaching-animal-sacrifices-will.html

Also I think of how much this millennial kingdom is one of the props supporting the whole Dominionist lie.

So no I do not buy it, not anymore.

I am glad you are an ex Catholic and seeking to be careful of those who sell false teachings but what diference does it make that Missler says this applies in the millennial kingdom instead of heaven?

Those who believe in the millennial kingdom also have the weirdest idea that the much of the world teams up against Jesus who has ruled for a 1,000 years on earth, and that just gets strange and actually is blasphemous against Jesus Christ.

As to your question is everyone equal after the judgement seat of Christ? Christians are not judged. We are covered under the blood of Christ, so consider that one. Sure there may be crowns and rewards, but Misslers oddness about Heaven being run with serfs out in the darkness and elites at the table eating lavish meals is scarey.
Now why would Jesus Christ, read Hebrews 13:5 cast ANY OF HIS CHILDREN into "outer darkness" when the Bible promises that God will never forsake you?

I think scrambling around in a mudpuddle out in the dark is pretty forsaken.

Even thinking of the Dominionists here and their lust for power, what would work better then to claim this is all "God's Will" for some to be feasting at the table and some living out in the dark forsaken by supposed Christian believers? It is all rather sick, because if the people who are sitting at the top tier table, are ignoring Christian brothers and sisters out in the dark, where is the love of the Body there? Missler actually seeks to infuse false things into people's minds even about how Christians should be with one another, as brothers and sisters, as a REAL family in Jesus Christ. For that one alone I find the book despicable.
As for this point

"The question Missler is adressing is what is the difference between those who live a life of sacrifice and complete obedience to God and the believer who lived a life that was not completely sacrificial or obedient, are they treated 100% equal in the kingdom,or are there rewards for how we live our lives for Christ?"

It is dealt with in scripture time and time again, even the prodigal son is welcomed with feasting as the other son who was faithful was there. Let that story be a lesson to how God views every one of his children. Only those still stuck in wicked human thinking, would declare let those who "did less for God" be out in the dark!

The Bible says God is no respecter of persons so the whole status thing even speaks against that.

I should do a blog entry on the millennial kingdom soon but am still studying the issue.

Thanks for sharing your views.

Hello Bible Believer, how exactly is a millennial kingdom a deception? 12 of the 16 writing prophets speak of a future earthly kingdom, where the Lord of Hosts will be the King(referring to Jesus, which fulfills the Davidic covenant 2Sam.7:11-17). All the Gentile Nations will come up and worship Him and participate in the Feast of Tabernacles, this has not happened and will not happen, until the Millennial Kingdom(Zech.14:16). Abraham was told that he personally(Gen.13:14-17) and his descendants would possess the land, from the Euphrates river to the River of Egypt(Genesis 15:18-21) and this has never happened,so in order for God's promise to be kept Abraham must be resurrected(Matt.11:8;Dan.12:1-3) and the physical decendants of his, saved Jews who live through the tribulation(Rev.7;4-8-144,000- first fruit unto God and the Lamb-Rev.14:4 and the full harvest-1/3 of all physical Israel, who are true Israel, saved Jews-Zech.13:8-9)in order to fulfill the Abrahamic covenant. All four unconditional covenants have yet to be fulfilled physically and Israel(saved Jews) will fulfill them in the physical Kingdom. The entire OT speaks about a physical kingdom, that is all they knew and expected. Look at Peter even as Jesus is ascending,Peter asks "when will you restore the kingdome to Israel."(Acts 2:6). That was the Jewish mindset,a spiritual kingdom was something new and was not even introduced until Matt 13:11 after the Jewish leadership was given every opportunity to accept the literal kingdom, but instead attributed the Holy Spirit's work as Satans and rejected Christ's offer, then Christ's ministry changed for good. He went from speaking plainly about the Kingdom to speaking parables about the mysteries of the kingdom, which had never been spoken of before that day(Matt.13:16-17;Eph.3:3-7). Romans 11:25-36 makes it clear God is not done with Israel(saved Israel) and after the fulness(a word that speaks of a ship filled with cargo to the point where not one more piece of cargo can fit) of the Gentiles comes in God will turn His attention back to Israel, which will happen in the 70th week of Daniel(Dan.9:24-27),the Day of the Lord, the time of Jacobs trouble(Jer.30:7),which are all Jewish how the Reformed turn that time period into all Church is amazing to me,but God will turn His attention back saved Israel in the tribulation. When God turns back to those saved Jews who survive and endure to the end of the tribulation will go into the kingdom to receive the promises(Zech.13:8-9.In order to ignore a physical kingdom you have to to spiritualize the entire OT and many NT passages as well. The 1,000 year kingdom(used 4x in 4 verses Rev.20:4-7)is impossible to explain away. If the 1,000 yr kingdom is referring to heaven, how can Satan after a time get people who are resurrected and in heaven, to follow him and war against Christ? It makes no sense unless it is a physical kingdom. Read these passages and tell me how this is not a physical Kingdom:Hosea 14:1-9;Amos 9:11-15;Zech.14:16-21-this passage makes it perfectly clear, there is no doubt about the physical aspect and Ezek 40-48. You can't just ignore or spiritualize all of these passages as the Reformed/Covenant Theologians attempt to do.

It is possible to believe in a millennial kingdom and not be a Dominionist. Dominionists believe that they will bring the world back under Dominion and Christ will return to a subdued world, that is not what most dispensationalist believe. The Majority of dominionists are involved with trying to Christianize the world through laws and regulations, not through salvation and a new heart that can only come through the work of God. The majority of those who believe in a millennial kingdom are not Dominionists,so to link them together as if one leads to the other is not true.
Also,I don't need to consider that believers are covered by the blood of Christ,I have been saved for 24 years and know full well what happens at salvation, but the point I was making is that if rewards are given according to our works, then what would that actually mean if they are not carried on past the moment we receive them, that makes no sense. It does make a difference if it is in the kingdom or in heaven,in the kingdom we are ruling and reigning with Christ in a kingdom that has servants(those who lived through tribulation)and we are given responsabilities according to what we have shown the Lord concerning faithfulness in little .What is the point of rewards if they have no lasting value and are not carried past the second we receive them, how exactly is that a reward. I don't even agree with Misslers position, but to say that everyone is the same is not correct either. It is not eternity, it is a kingdom where we will have different resonsabilities in that Kingdom.
You made the comment that those who believe in a Millennial kingdom believe that Satan will team up against Jesus, who has ruled for a thousand years at that point, and then said it is blasphemous. Well, then John is the one who is blasphemous, because it is clearly written that Satan is bound for a thousand years(Rev.20:1-3) and is not let out until the thousands years were finished, but after this he must be released for a little while(20:3) and in 20:7 it says that," satan is released to deceive the nations". How is that blasphemous,it says what it says. And if the 1,000 yrs somehow doesn't mean a thousand years,as some would try to imply, every other instance of a time period given in Revelation, such as, 1260 days(Rev.11:3);42 months(Rev.11:2) etc are literal,so why wouldn't 1,000 years be literal and it is mentioned four times for emphasis. The fact that people do rebel, proves that it is a physical kingdom. Jews who survived the Tribulation go into the Kingdom(Zech.13:8-9),Gentiles who survive also go into the Kingdom(Matt.25:34),there is nothing said of them being resurrected, they are in physical bodies, which must be necessary to reproduce, which is spoken of in several placesas well.(Jere.30:20;31:29;Zech.10:8;Ezek.47:22).So why is it blasphemous for human beings, who have sin natures to rebel against Christ,it happens all the time and proves the total depravity of man. I think you are under the impression that they are glorified at that point and that is why it is blasphemous, but only certain groups are glorified at that time(those who rule and reign and are glorified),not those who lived through the tribulation period and go into the Kingdom. Also,in Rev.20,which is used to prove the Post trib view, actually has no living people resurrected in it,it is only those believers who were martyred during the tribulation, who are resurrected in that phase of the First resurrection. There are many different passages that prove it is a physical kingdom and I went through a small portion of them in my post on the literal,Phyical kingdom. So ,I won't go into that,I just wanted to comment on some of the points you made which I believe were wrong. After you do your study in the Kingdom,I will be interested to see what your take is on that subject, thanks for your time brother.

Christian debate has it's place I guess, but it seems to me Christ would be more pleased if we were to engage in good works for his glory than spend to much time in contending one another. I have met Chuck Missler - he is a kind man who loves the Lord:-)

Wow, I haven't read through these comments in a long time. Sounds like Chuck's apologetic found a way to post comments and cover for the DOD dude. Missler is rank! and by rank, I mean putrid. His cohort Tom Horn is an occultist himself! These men are "predicting" an Alien invasion. They've drank too much quantum physics juice and atheist transhuman jambalaya to know the Word of God anymore.

Bible Believer said...

Hi Mijadedios.

Yeah it is really bad. Very bad in fact. And putrid, stinkin, vomitious, sewage filled...well you get the idea.

Tom Horn I consider an occultist as well, and so many Christians who think the guy is great.

They are predicting the alien invasion I believe to help in the final Blue Beam deception. How else to get the evangelicals to join in the satanic deception.

If no alien invasion is part of the final deception, well they got thousands now invested in deep deep occult teachings who have all embraced the things of the devil under the Christian moniker! The quantum physics stuff with Missler woke me up, really early on. You think UU ministers don't spend hours with that goobley gook to even fill up the time, sure they do. It was quite familiar to me!

Missler is Not from God, thats why I condem him. Missler doesn't have the stamp of God but he is the representitive of Satan. Beware of wolves in sheeps clothing, for Many will deceive you.

ISA 8;20 Missler doesn't speak to the Law or the testimony therefore he's not from God.
I believe he's one of the many jesuits, infiltrating protestantism to uphold the numerous false doctrines of the Papacy.

I agree. Seems like so many so-called Christians would rather tear someone else down than focusing on what an imperfect human being is trying to teach. And the condescending tone is so thick you couldn't cut it with a chainsaw! By the way, every post that is anti-Missler, written here or anywhere else, comes from an imperfect human being. Imperfect, and therefore, flawed. Just my opinion.

Bible Believer said...

To Clinton,

Ah but no one has to worry about the imperfect human beings here who are really Christians going to sign up in helping the powers that be cover the entire planet in satellites or world currencies, or working with high level Vatican officials on boards.....

How am I to believe that your assuptions are not off on the teachings of Christ. There are two commandments. Love the Lord thy God with all thy strenght , soul and mind anfd love one another as thyself and all the laws will take care of themselves. If he cast out devils in my name do not rebuke him. If he is not of God he will fall. If he is of God will expand his ministry. The devil cannot cast out demons as a nation devided against itself cannot stand. The time has come to stop the finger pointing nand hes not of God etc, etc, etc. You will be judged as you judge others. His his doctrine of salvation sound? Stop nitpicking because he doesnt interprete things as you do. I watch some of his shows and find the man to be as much a Christian as I am and as you are. Love one another people. That is what our Lord preached. How can you judge him in your heart because of a few things you dont agree with. See Paslms 139 v 23-24 How can Christianity be presented as a loving one when people see the bickering over a splinter. In this time you had BETTER concentrate on your OWN self because God is not going to take the bickering lightly. He has ministered for God for a long time and has won many to Christ. Careful that you donot become the stumbling block. In love to my fellow believers in Christ. This is not a rebuke just an urging. To judge this man's heart ios the way yours will be examined by God Almight where there will be nowhre to hide. Are we clean before the Lord? I am not but a will not rebuke on who God may have called. Only God knows this man's heart.Let Him decide. Shalom

We will all know the truth when the trump of God sounds. Judging another not to be a man of God is dangerous. Tough not mine annointed. Not defending Missler just felt led of the Spirit to post love one another as we are of Christ, We CANT know in our heart if he is born again any more than I can say you are or you can say I am. We all agree that the world is moving fast into the end of this age. No one CAN deny that fact. I only want to express that we have to examine ourselves at this critlcal junction of history to be found lacking. I dont want God to tell me depart from I do not know you. Heve we been called to root out other Christians because they have flaws and we disagree with their ideas. How do you KNOW for certain that God hasnt revealed these things. Could it happen. Not out of the realm of possibility wouldnt you say. Who can know the mind of God? I will pray that He pours out more of His Spirit to draw all men unto Him and stop this petty bickering. He who is without sin cast the first stone. Many men have fallen teaching Gods word and leading many to Christ because pride and self got in the way. Are the ones brought in any less brought in? I think not.Let God seperate the wheat from the tares and we harvest the crop. That is not our job. You are called not to be decieved. I can usually deceren who is one of His or not. Regaurdless it is not a wittness to the lost to see so cvalled Christians attacking one another. Dont post thisif you must. but God doesnt operate in confusion. I found this website because He wanted me to. I am a follower in Him and love you and Missler. I want all to come to the knowledge of John 3:16. Dont you?

One more thing. I would like you to explain the daughters of men having sex with the fallen ones in Tartarus.I have always been interested in that and have long wondered about it. Is it metaphoracal, sybolic or literal?

Bible Believer said...

1. Touch not mine anointed refers to prophets in the OT, not false preachers who would like others to see them at "prophet" level.

2. Yes people can know if someone is born again. if one can't even recognize the Holy Spirit in another, then how do you have a relationship with God? The saints can judge the smallest matters.Yes we can know if someone is born again or not. I know if someone is working with the NWO on a massive level [not by accident] as exposed those are EXTREMELY poor fruits. So you think God has his children wandering around not even able to recognize one another?

Being involved in global NWO networks, CNP, and teaching a form of Purgatory, is FAR beyond a few FLAWS.

3. Sure we all should examine ourselves.

Bible Believer said...

hmm you write off global NWO involvement and even connection to the Vatican as a few things to be disagreed with. LOL I mean how do you excuse those things? Seriously? You are right, we will be judged by the same standards. Hey I would love for one of these folks to repent and renounce all their previous involvements. Of course with one well known Calvary Chapel teacher that turned out to just be more delusion. It is interesting what you ignore Anon and excuse claiming this man preaches the truth. Astounding even, but nothing new. If someone is part of the harlot, that's it pure and simple and it's tied to many of the false teachings. Also you seem to have fallen into the delusion that everyone who says they are a Christian actually IS one. I am praying for you, that you see the truth.

Chuck's reply

news4themasses said...

This is the exact same comment I left on my own blog that I am simply copying and pasting here.
"There have been non believers exposing Missler for YEARS! Why it took so long for us as believers to discern how EVIL and CORRUPT Chuck Missler is- is a shame on us. Thank God the Lord is revealing exactly WHO Chuck Missler is. Would he be willing to put up a page on every single one of his websites stating his affiliation to each and that he truly is the Master of Deception because he controls much of the people who are supposed to warn of people like him?! I think not. Missler has mistaken the majority of Christians as fools, but you know the saying, You can fool Most of the people all of the time, but not All of the people most of the time. This time Missler underestimated the power of the very truth he wishes to leaven with his darkness. There has been an extensive and LONG history of Chuck Missler and all those “godly men” who NEVER warned of Missler. Missler himself in his bios loves to claim that he began his ministry KHOUSE in the early 70′s right alongside Chuck SMITH SR. “25 years” with Calvary Costa Mesa…blah blah blah. Missler never left Smith’s bosom. And those who are suddenly and frantically at work trying to remove their links on line and connections to Chuck Missler have nowhere to go, for they have been exposed. (please note this reply is general not to Biblebeliever personally)

Anonymous said...

Notice that the article that Regen links to, which goes to khouse, calls anyone that discusses discernment about these guys, an "enemy of the Lord".

Rick Warren tactics anyone?

Then the article quotes Matthew 18:15-17, but that doesn't work here. Things out in the open on TV, radio, internet, hitting a mass audience, isn't in view in those verses. If Chuck Missler came and hit me in the head with a frying pan, then I can go to him personally to deal with it.

But if Chuck Missler is speaking false things and making associations that deceive those who think he's true, then Matthew 18:15-17 is not in view. Jude 1:3 is in view in that case.

Then he insults believers that are discerning, as "unarmed men".

Notice then that they downplayed the Swansat thing, and made it like pulling out of CNP was about how money is spent, instead of pulling out because CNP HAS CATHOLICS, ATHEISTS, AND 'REVEREND' SUN MYUNG MOON SUPPORTERS ON IT.

So that's the very thing the discernment sites are talking about! And they missed the point, presumably intentionally.

The internet is making an impact. And just before you posted this, I had the thought (from the Lord, not from the enemy) that these guys can't get away with anything anymore, with the advent of the internet.

They care about what we are exposing, and they know they are suffering losses for their errors, otherwise, they wouldn't have to respond to us.

I keep seeing this attack on Missler saying how he does not follow doctrine and how what he presents as an investigation and conjecture backed up by logic, scripture, science, context, transliteration, transcription, history, oh and did I mention scripture? He has never claimed that his speculations were factual, he only presents the evidence of his investigations and juxtaposes it with once again...scripture. I'm certainly not saying he is right or wrong, but neither does he. So I still have yet seen anyone produce evidence of him varying from doctrine of the Bible. In fact he consistently says to search it out for yourself and not to trust him on it. He only speculates possibilities. As far as his associations, he has publicly stated about certain things he disagrees with his cohorts even though they are still friends. Im not saying that he isnt false teaching Im just saying that I havent seen anything present that validates his detractors.

Yes, stick with the Bible. While your at it, get off your rear and go out and do what it says! Get out there, look people in the eyes with LOVE and tell them they are going to hell if they don't accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. The Bible CLEARLY states that all those in Christ will receive different rewards...... jewels in our crowns.
Read your Bibles people and stop sitting at your computers digging up 'dirt' on the ones that are in the trenches and in the spotlight. Quit being armchair Christians!
If you only ever take ONE thing from Chuck Missler's teaching it should be that he tells all to NOT TAKE HIS WORD FOR IT, CHECK IT OUT FOR THEMSELVES.
If you really want to get into it, learn the original languages that our Bible was written in and figure it out for yourselves.
This post is not towards everyone on this Blogger. It should go without saying you certainly know who you are.

Ever wonder why all of the angels spoken of in the Bible are referenced as male? Ever wonder why Genesis specifically states that God created MALE AND FEMALE when speaking about the animals and humans that He created? Maybe because the angels that He created He didn't make MALE AND FEMALE, only MALE?

Anonymous said...

I agree.
I also think that many people here need to get a reliable translation of the Scriptures. To say that the millennial kingdom is not true........ Wow, what book are you people reading?

Chuck Missler teaches the life, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. He backs scripture with scripture which is the bible's best commentary. Before most of his teachings he tells his students to turn to Acts 17:11 which says, "Don't believe anything Chuck Missler tells you." Search the scriptures daily. So what if he believes in the Nephili
um he has done his biblical homework and that is where it has led him. The most important teachings is Jesus Christ and Him risen.

Anonymous said...

Here are my Missler concerns:
1. His blatant Christian Zionism; preoccupation with Israel
2. The Company he keeps - David Barton
3. The Swansat thing

Most of the time he appears to be a very solid bible teacher. No problem with his nephalim teachings, but the whole subject is being manipulated - to what end? We'll see. Quantum physics? No problem there either. So what if we find out that the PHYSICAL universe is resonant energy and algorithms. Glory to God - really amazing. The mistake is that the new agers worship the creation rather than the Creator. Do throw the baby out with the bathwater for goodness sake. Just don't get caught up in the nonsense that accompanies it. Worship God, and Him only. But I do caution you, if you are not reading your bible on a daily basis, then you are seriously handicapped anyway. But still, there is something naggingly suspect with Missler. I occasionally review somebof his old stuff, but for now, I've moved on, really to just personal reading and prayer.

Thanks for your input on Chuck Missler. I've always liked his scientific stuff like speed of light and stuff like that. It makes you think alittle. The fact that he doesn't get the kingdom concept is troubling. The gentiles talked about in Matt 25:31 are those gathered Gentiles who made it throught the tribulation. They endured to the end. But all were not to take part in the millineum. Flesh still gets a shot at living with the presence of God but people are still being born in the millineum they don't all agree with the program they were born into and can't even blame the devil because he's locked up but still rebel. Getting the Kingdom right makes the whole bible come alive. 1948 happened get over it. The Jews are back in the land the dry bones have skin on them but most don't even believe in god. When the middle of trib starts the remnant will be separated and protected by God until Jesus comes for them Rev 12 Satan can't stand it and wants to kill anybody and everybody and destroy the earth all to stop God from fulfilling his promises to Israel. The only thing we need to be concerned with now in the age of grace is to help people realize what an opportune time to be alive and be able to look back over biblical history and see now how we can have a relationship with our Savior. Trusting in his death burial and resurection as Paul puts it in 1Cor 15:1-5 is foolish to the natural man but to us who are saved by it it's the power of God. God illuminates us to the truth about Jesus when he wants to. Our job right now if you want to call it that is to tell the world that God is reconciling the world back to himself by what Jesus did on the cross for us. We are called ambassadors of this information. Hey brothers get out there and plant some seeds of the gospel of Paul and see what God will bring forth. That's all we are called to do. No dominionism no casting out demons no kingdom now and to come. Just tell them about Jesus

Of course this is in CONFLICT with God's word. Thy word is truth. Not our words - or our thoughts. Only God's words are truth.

God wrote: Mark 16:15,17 "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature... And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils."

If anybody changes God's instrutions, you risk what again?

It is written: Rev 22:19-And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Like I said if you get the kingdom wrong everything else is wrong. You can't replace Israel with the church when you quote scripture and can't see that the narrative of scripture is being trashed by your thinking it's so wrong it's hard to find a place we could start together from. You must be vineyard or something close. Look up the kundalini spirit your following on YouTube ( kundalini warning). Jesus came when he was suppose to He showed his credentials his miracles whenever the disciples did the miracles they were to tell the hearers the kingdom of god was at hand.( here I am )
Israel rejected him. Peter tried to convert Israel in Acts 3 and the nation didn't go for it. We are in the age of grace that is in the age of the Gentiles. We will be out of here soon and God will deal with Israel right where he left off in Acts 3.

You have the "outer darkness" thing all wrong. He is not teaching purgatory.
He does not say he believes this he identifies it as conjecture and gives another view on what "outer darkness could mean. He gives scripture in Ezekiel to back it up.
He believes Christians can learn a lot from their Hebrew roots, but is balanced when it comes to Israel.
He presents both sides of the Gen. 6 debate. His teachings are no way heretical.

The only valid criticism I can see is the connections with globalists. And that is indeed important.

Bible Believer said...

Thanks Daniel.

Bubbe I've seen the book, he teaches that some Christians won't even be welcomed to the millennial supper tables and will be cast out. I do not believe in a millennial kingdom on this earth to begin with. He is still Christian Zionist, [regarding Israel] which is false and a delusion. Why do you think the connection with the globalist exists? Don't make excuses for it.

Like I said missler is interesting to read if your science minded. If not you'll just get lost. If you think that his teaching is what Christianity is about you'll never find Christ . The point I'm trying to make is that the message that unbelivers need to here is that god sent his son and because of Jesus death burial and resurrection ( the gospel 1cor 15:1-5 ) when a person believes that because of the power of god ( 1cor1:18) he is then saved. If believers are ambassadors of heaven and are here to tell men that god is reconciling the world back to himself through his son. Talking about string theory is pretty far off message.

What bible are u reading, bible believer? Israel is just who God says they are(He is not a man that He should lie) and the Church, the Body of Christ are who God says we are.

Wow, Israel glorified? What rock have you been living under?

On other things:

Chuck teaches some fantastic, scriptural things, and constantly reminds us of our need for Jesus to be our saviour and constantly encourages us to read the word of God. Do you remember that a house divided cannot stand? Sure Satan can pose as an angel of light, but then proclaim the Glory of his defeat in Jesus? Now that's something that doesn't add up

He is not perfect, no one is. He makes mistakes, we all do. Guilt by association is a very shocking thing to throw. I have many non Christian friends with questionable pass times, am I then less of a Christian?

So many arguments against Chuck on here are simply stones being thrown. I wager if the people on here spent half of their time pulling out the logs from their own eyes they would be able to see a lot clearer.

God bless.

There are many statements in this "blog" about false teaching but really nothing to back up what false teaching thats being claiming. Lots of accusations no real facts to prove anything. A whole lot of faith in the statements, claims and youtube thats been read, posted or viewed. When you become Chuck Misslers sidekick and know just exactly what he does or says, at any place he goes, and/or whatever he does in his life at any moment or at any time, anywhere, NO-ONE has the right to say anything about anybody. Try it in a court of law. Just the facts are used. No hear say is allowed. Period. My advice to anyone that abviously is spending to much time on the internet, blogs, youtube and gossiping, to spend the next 65 years of their life studying the Bible and praying and then its quite possible you could influence someone about the Wisdom God has given to you for your time and dedication to Him Who sits at the right hand of the Father.
Here's a few scriptures that may help.
James 1:26-27
James chapter 3, especially vs.7-12
Matt. 7:1-8
Of course there are many others, but the advice above and these scriptures alone should keep anyone busy for the rest of their life, with no time to make unsubstantiated allegations about others. Especially teachers. Before God Himself will Chuck Missler stand or fall. Not before all who make statements about him. Now go study the Bible.

Reading The Bible is what is what told me his teachings were wrong. Nephilim teachings didn't add up and neither did those millennial kingdom teachings either. It's odd how some excuse teachers telling people how dare you question them!. Your post was oddly written, are you telling us you were or are his actual "sidekick"? or just saying no one should judge unless they were right by the guy's side? How do you expect endless books, sermons, PICTURES, and documents online to be IGNORED and WHY?

What I am saying is you have no facts, just accusations about another teacher. The statement and advice is not odd, it's simply pointing to the fact that NO-ONE has the right to accuse any teacher unless there is facts "rightuous judgement" beyond the shadow of a doubt that prove someone is guilty of what you claim. Do you have the facts to prove you are speaking absolute truth? If you did you'd do more than blog it. His teachings and books are written so you can examine what he has discovered in his studies. It seems that you miss the challenges that even my Preacher, as well as Chuck Missler states when he preached and taught.... "DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK, PROVE IT TO YOURSELF". Mr. Missler makes many statements, NOT CLAIMS, saying "NOT BECAUSE CHUCK MISSLER SAYS SO, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF." Missler does not teach as fact, he teaches and shares his discoveries that he has found while studying, traveling, investigating a lot of things, to much to mention here. Probably more than any of us here will see or understand in probably 5 lifetimes. Saying he's a false teacher is like accusing Solomon to be a false teacher/leader as well, because he didn't do everything right either. In fact he really blew it when he got older, however, he is said to have been wiser than anyone. In fact, no one that God used in the Bible did everything right, other than Jesus Christ. However, in Romans we're taught that everything written in earlier times is for our learning.
I did not say ignore everything or anything, it would be an advantage to anyone to continue doing homework, instead of accusing other teachers. Especially of one that God has granted so much wisdom of some 65 years of study, as well as his study of engineering and other wisdom. There are many others that have studied at least 30, 40 even 50 years or more. You could pick those apart as well with all the directives thats shown in this bla bla bla spot. I don't know how many years you've studied, but I would guess its but a fraction and not much learned from it. The Bible does not say to go and accuse all those you don't agree with. Much less accuse anyone of false teaching. There should be facts not statements, assumptions and gossip columns. If you haven't proved what he or any other teacher has stated/said to be true, then the homework is not finished. Lets face it, anyone can be a critic. You could spend your life trying to say someone else is doing it wrong, pick every teacher apart because you don't approve of where they've been, who they've been with, who they've talked to, then all you can do is guess whats been said, then try to even prove what he or anyone else said because you think they are doing something you assume is wrong. Then in the end wind up missing the point all together. Who are you to say he's wrong in doing anything. Are you that fly on the wall that everyone wishes they were when they can't be somewhere they want to be, hear what they can't hear. He gets his wisdom from Bible study, studying the advancement of just about anything thats physics, technical, engineering, etc. I would venture to say less than 5% from the internet, 95% from his life long career working, and Bible Study. Which I would guess is the opposite of anyone on this blog that gets 95% of their critical info off the internet and 5% from the Bible. +/- 10%
If you have so much wisdom and discerning that prove him wrong, what books have you written, where do your investigations, research and studies teach/say about these things you claim are false?
I will continue to listen to wisdom, pray for guidance and discernment, do my best to not accuse those that are wiser than myself and be challanged to prove to myself whats right and true so I will be prepared for the Lord when I meet Him face to face.

THE CREED BOOK OR GOD'S BOOK?

The majority of denominations use their creed books as the authority in the church for faith and practice. If the final authority is the creed book(catechism), then what purpose would the Bible serve. The Bible is relegated to a secondary reference book.

If the creed book is the authority. Why read the Bible? Why even own a Bible? There are some who say, we do not have a creed book, we a have statement of faith. Statement of faith is just a euphemistic way of saying creed book.

If denominations claim to use the Bible as their rule for faith and practice, then there would is no need for a man-made creed book.

Acts 17:10-11 Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 There were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so.

The Berean's did not search the man-made creed books written by the scribes and elders, to substantiate the truth. The searched the Scriptures.

Acts 17:2-3 Then Paul, as his custom was, went to them, and for three Sabbaths reasoned with them from the Scriptures, 3 explaining and demonstrating that the Christ had to suffer and rise again from the dead, and saying, "This Jesus whom I preach to you is the Christ."

Paul did not use man-made creed books to teach about Jesus Christ. He reasoned from the Scriptures.

The Pharisees and scribes liked to teach from the man-made creed books of the elders. (Mark 7:1-13....3 For the Pharisees and all the Jews do not eat unless they wash their hands in a special way, holding the tradition of the elders....... 13 "making the word of God of no effect through your tradition which you have handed down. And many such things you do.")

The Pharisees used man-made creed books as their final authority.

If denominations are using man-made creed books as there final authority for faith and practice, are they not making the word of God of no effect through their tradition?

Genesis 4:26

Then began men to call upon the name of the Lord - The marginal reading is, Then began men to call themselves by the name of the Lord; which words are supposed to signify that in the time of Enos the true followers of God began to distinguish themselves, and to be distinguished by others, by the appellation of sons of God; those of the other branch of Adam’s family, among whom the Divine worship was not observed, being distinguished by the name, children of men.

Genesis 6:1

When men began to multiply - It was not at this time that men began to multiply, but the inspired penman speaks now of a fact which had taken place long before. As there is a distinction made here between men and those called the sons of God, it is generally supposed that the immediate posterity of Cain and that of Seth are intended. The first were mere men, such as fallen nature may produce, degenerate sons of a degenerate father, governed by the desire of the flesh, the desire of the eye, and the pride of life. The others were sons of God, not angels, as some have dreamed, but such as were, according to our Lord’s doctrine, born again, born from above, Joh_3:3, Joh_3:5,Joh_3:6, etc., and made children of God by the influence of the Holy Spirit, Gal_5:6. The former were apostates from the true religion, the latter were those among whom it was preserved and cultivated. Dr. Wall supposes the first verses of this chapter should be paraphrased thus: “When men began to multiply on the earth, the chief men took wives of all the handsome poor women they chose. There were tyrants in the earth in those days; and also after the antediluvian days powerful men had unlawful connections with the inferior women, and the children which sprang from this illicit commerce were the renowned heroes of antiquity, of whom the heathens made their gods.”

Genesis 6:4

There were giants in the earth - נפלים nephilim, from נפל naphal, “he fell.” Those who had apostatized or fallen from the true religion. The Septuagint translate the original word by γιγαντες, which literally signifies earth-born, and which we, following them, term giants, without having any reference to the meaning of the word, which we generally conceive to signify persons of enormous stature. But the word when properly understood makes a very just distinction between the sons of men and the sons of God; those were the nephilim, the fallen earth-born men, with the animal and devilish mind. These were the sons of God, who were born from above; children of the kingdom, because children of God. Hence we may suppose originated the different appellatives given to sinners and saints; the former were termed γιγαντες, earth-born, and the latter, ἁγιοι, i.e. saints, persons not of the earth, or separated from the earth.
The same became mighty men - men of renown - גברים gibborim, which we render mighty men, signifies properly conquerors, heroes, from גבר gabar, “he prevailed, was victorious.” and אנשי השם anshey hashshem, “men of the name,” ανθρωποι ονομαστοι, Septuagint; the same as we render men of renown, renominati, twice named, as the word implies, having one name which they derived from their fathers, and another which they acquired by their daring exploits and enterprises.
It may be necessary to remark here that our translators have rendered seven different Hebrew words by the one term giants, viz., nephilim, gibborim, enachim, rephaim, emim, and zamzummim; by which appellatives are probably meant in general persons of great knowledge, piety, courage, wickedness, etc., and not men of enormous stature, as is generally conjectured.

Thank you a million for this Blog and for your discernment. Keep going and do not get discouraged.

I was delivered from a cult-religion and prayed to Jesus to never be deceived again. The Lord has answered my prayers. A warning bell in my mind always went off regarding Chuck Missler and I could never figure out he never appealed to my spiritual senses.

I'm simply shocked, disgusted but sad how various Christian are so willing and ready to accept anything with the name Christian labeled to it, be it false teaching or counterfeit movies with the word Bible in it. These are the Bible illiterates who are proving they never read their entire Bible word for word to know better or what God's Word really says. For instance the Bible Epic Miniseries put out by Roma Downey and Mark Burnett. They said they consulted Bible scholars in the making of this movie...all they had to do was open the Bible and read it first for themselves, word for word. If they had said that and then added we looked to do this Movie like a visual Bible and not change the facts then that would have been honoring the Lord. Instead they took license to change key facts of the Bible and what does the church with TBN help them promote that semi-fiction with the rational it is getting the message about Jesus out. There are various cults who use Jesus name and say they are Christians too. Cults start with adding to the Bible where it does not speak. Hello out there, wake up sleeping gullible Christians who follow every distorted teachings with the Christian label!!!
Various Christians saw nothing wrong with these film producers changing key pivotal scenes in this movie that did not line up with the Bible. For example Jesus going in Lazarus tomb and kissing him on the head and leading him out of the grave for one. The Bible does not describe that as ever happening.

You elegantly listed facts about Chuck Missler but his fans defend him because I suspect they must be also be like minded and just as spiritually twisted or deceived.

There are warning in the Bible to NOT speak where Scripture is silent or add to the Holy Bible, which this Nephilim teaching is doing.

A major red flag of concern with this Nephilim teaching is, who gets to decide who this race of demon people are? Has anyone ever considered it could give Nazi mindsets an excuse to target races or groups they want to rid the world of due to racist mindsets?
Let's say the KKK wanted to target African American tall guys as Nephilim, then what? See where this could be headed?

This teaching is a dangerous tool that could be setting gullible Christians up for approving of genocide just like Hitler who thought Jews were sub-humans.

Once again I asked these nut cases who are making a whole false doctrine out of a Nephilim race the question on who gets to decide who these physically half demon people are you liars are claiming to exist? This teaching could end up very bad for innocent groups of folks. How quick folks forget the Salem Witch Burnings no one likes to talk about where more than a few innocent folks were tortured on destroyed by powerful political church leaders who wanted an excuse to destroy people or take their property. They did this in the name of God.

This Nephilim false doctrine is gaining momentum but it also reminds me of a reversed Divinci Code where Jesus had a physical blood line.

So called Christians shame on you for speaking where Scripture are silent. Hope they repent for rebuking the Author of this blog when he listed facts.

Why are some in Christendom so willing to grasp at any deception out there and speak where the Bible is silent? It's a Disgrace!

Thanks last anon, Coming out of two cult religions the Rcc and UUs, I relate totally about praying never to be deceived ever again and God answering my prayers as well.
I always was troubled by Missler even when first listening to his tapes. I remember thinking he is very smart but something was off.

Yes too many if it is called Christian will run with a false teaching and not check it. Yes why go to Bible scholars and so called theologians instead of just reading a bible for yourself? Good question.
I never saw that movie but they put a lot of non-biblical stuff in those things. Yes with Missler they ignore the facts. They won't even go look at documents online, other blogs that have shown the truth.

The thing about Nephilim teachings is yes it does lend itself to race hatred and eugenics and labeling people who hey Satan may direct others to get rid of like he did the Jews in the Holocaust. I had some Nephilim nut muse aloud to me that maybe those of German and Hungarian ancestry were Nephs. Give me a break! There are others on line who point to other groups. I've heard Jews, Africans/African Americans, "gingers"--whites with red hair and freckles call would be Nephilims and other crazy nutball theories. Then consider some evil master-mind convincing people that some human beings have demon blood and need done away with. That would serve a future eugenics program. It is exactly what the Nazis did to the Jews. They are doing it to other races too and its been done via human history.

How are they going to a Nephilim test and whose going to know who is Nephilim or not. Yes you are definitely right there.

These false teachers cherry-pick one verse and develop an elaborate theory around it.

I,m very disappointed about all this rubbish about Dr Chuck Missler. You call yoursel Bible believers but I can't discern any real Holy Spirit lead Christains among you.
Dr Missler is a highly intelligent man who has spent more than fifty years studying the Bible from cover to cover. He has an alytical mind and is not afraid to tackle the enigmatic parts of the Scriptures. His teaching checks out with all aspects of God's word. Also he continuly advocates people to check with the Scriptures first before believing him. I myself has personally studied The Bible from cover to cover over many years and have been rewarded with revelations from The Lord, acordingly. However not once has a revelation from The Lord not match up with His Holy Word. As far as I can discern there is nothing wrong with Dr Missler's teaching. What's the matter with you lot. Jealousy is a sin.

If you do not believe in the thousand year (mentioned six times) reign of Christ Jesus, then you must also reject all the other details associated with it, and which follow after like the Armegeddon battle which is prophesied in the OT also.

I haven't read any of C.M's books, I have only heard him on radio. But I have read The Book numerous times, and the thousand year reign of Christ which CM has spoken on is all literal.
Bible parables do not have real names, real places, real events, real people. The Rev 20 passage has all of these.
Christ is real; the devil/serpent/satan is real, those beheaded for Jesus sake are real, the angels are real, the bottomless pit is real. If you don't want to believe that, that's your choice, but it is part of the vision that Jesus gave John via the angel for us to know about. Blessed are they that hear, do and keep the things written in this book, says Jesus.
Something to thhink about.

I would like to add to another anon.. comment about reading the Bible so that you don't get led astray.
Most of the modern versions now are increasingly going off the real truth. One must also be very careful about what Bible they will go by. God can use anything even if it is a compromised version/ translation; but if we have a choice - dig deep, If anyone lacks wisdom let him ask of God, out of a pure heart of course.

Look. Whatever else he might be, and whatever projects he may be involved in due to his science background, Chuck Missler does his scriptural homework. He opens lectures with prayer to our Kinsman Redeemer, and he always admonishes us to do OUR OWN HOMEWORK also. Not the m.o. of your typical false teacher. The direction he takes is to show through making connections to our latest scienctific discoveries that the Bible is the truth, and that we, in every generation, are simply unable to understand it fully. As for the Nephilim, their existence is widely cited throughout the Bible, and "as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be" is a warning to prepare ourselves to see and experience things which even our "advanced" 21st century minds are certainly not ready for. Not only does Missler well explain these phenomena, he goes to the Hebrew source or Greek to show that his definitions are in proper context. Why he works where he works, I don't know. What I do know is that as a teacher of Biblical writings and concepts, he does the world and the Word an invaluable service.

How do you suppose the pyramids and other tons of rock where cut, moved great distances, and stacked. Nephilim being an unnatural mutation between man and fallen angels is doctrinally sound. It is not only backed in Genesis 6 but again directly in the book of Jude. Additionally, the Israelites were called to irradicate the them from the earth directly by God. I do not see where the confusion lies in this teaching? Further the alternate teachings regarding the intermingling of the offslring of Cain with those of Adams decendents dont make sense logically.

In addition Missler explicitly tells all his listeners to receive teaching with all readiness of heart and search the scriptures that these things be true (as the bereans). He merely brings to light interesting details he has found in his own studies. That being said, he is a man and therefore suffers the same flaws we all do as carnal beings. While I personally dont hold to all of his teachings I find fault with those who choose to bash other believers with empty statements that contain no backing. I would urge all of you to follow the way of the bereans and searfh the scriptures yourselves. Not in segmented google searches picking out a verse here and there out of context but rather scripture in its entirety.

The bible codes thing, while bordering gnostic mysticism holds some validity in that the statistical liklihood of their occurences is astronomical. Who but God through his Word could achieve such a feat? Especially when considering that the scriptures were penned by so many writers yet the integrity of the message is singular. It truly is the Living Word. There is no greater fallacy than assuming one knows the entirety of the message without first hearing anothers arguements. If im not mistaken Solomon warns of this in Proverbs explicitly caling those who practice this fools.

We are commanded to judge the church (1 Cor 5:12). Since all 'good' things come from the Lord, judging the church is a good (and healthy) thing to do.

So for you to call judging other Christians as 'evil' puts you into this category:

"Woe unto those who call good 'evil', and evil 'good'."

We are to judge each other, and ourselves. With a healthy fear of the Lord our God.

Now, condemning someone is something we cannot do. That is above our pay grade.

You cant deny Dr. Missler does an amazing job at research. All educated people can see that, he bases everything he says in Scripture and in facts. He can make mistakes and be wrong as so can all of us. Be careful with calling people "false teachers" that's a very serious statement to make, specially if you dont personnally know him and his motivations. Remember the Bible says not to judge until the great judge comes to judge all. It is the devil who accuses us and that you will be measured by the same measure. God bless.

The bible also says:

"Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law:but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge. There is one lawgiver, who is able to save and to destroy:who art thou that judgest another?" James 4 11

"Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and will make manifest the counsels of the hearts:and then shall every man have praise of God" 1 Corinthians 4 5

"But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ" Romans 14 10

A fellow Christian believer, someone who is born again.

It seems to me you are set up to accept and excuse wolves in sheep's clothing and using scripture to do so.

You never answered my question about his Vatican involvements.

Steve is right about us not condemning, it is God's job to decide the fate of every soul, but we can judge as Christians who is a false teacher and who is not, and discern good and evil.

You attack the fallen angels and nephilim idea. But the concepts are all through scripture. It is not just Genesis 6. You are right about a coming delusion. One so strong if it were possible even the elect would be fooled.

I have worked in the area of recombinant genomics and proteomics, I currently work in the vaccine industry, and I can tell you you should be happy there are a few like me in this area to help counter balance the evil agenda going on.

Aside from the abominable mixing of seed being mentioned in almost every OT book and in much of the NT. You do have the jewish history book Jasher, you have the writings of the ante nicene father, the councils, the writings of josephus. Then from the secular history side every culture has stories of this occurrence just like they have legends of the flood and and other biblical accounts.

Sorry but given the Hebrew used specifically in Genesis 6 the other views hold no water, jut like creation and evolution being synonymous or the ruin restoration idea. The Hebrew text just does not support it.

Sorry for the tangent, I will explain why I think it is important sometime if you are interested, but this is also incorporates my experience in the scientific field.

But with missler, he has some strange ideas, the carnal christian thing, I think he is ruin restoration, and the nwo stuff. But I think there are little bits that can be gleaned from him that are not so easily accessible from other sources.

I look at like like my science text books, most have erroneous propoganda woven into the actual science. You have to have enough logic and discernment to pull out the real science and leave the garbage.

But most of those who listen to Missler would call me some kind of False teacher because I am monergistic in my theology, I believe that if you are one of his and he has regenerated you then it will change your life, you will not be the same creature, I enjoy the works of Tim Conway, Paul Washer, DA Carson; and their view on biblical truths.

Tim Conway has an awesome series on the battle with sin.

According to normal terms I guess they would call me a calvinist, a dispensational leaning new covenant theologian, a post trib pre millenialist... I would say I am a follower of Christ searching his Word and constantly striving to understand the Truth's contained within it and also live out the Law and commission he gave us.

Dear Pilgrims, Right pew, wrong church???

Does Chuck Missler burn the candle on both ends? He preaches we must faithfully trust in Christ and not self ... But he comes up with countless postulations concerning the man-made state of Israel (i.e. not God created) and the end times and what we must do to prepare for same???

QUESTION - If Chuck Missler truly believs in Jesus Christ and trust in Him then why has he recently chose to live in New Zealand?

NOTE - Scientists say that New Zealand (according to World Weather Maps of winds and ocean currents) is the safest place to live in case of Nuclear war!!!!

Chuck does teach "Be a Berian" and this is wonderful ...BUT... true Berians will see through a lot of his postulations as leaps of "worldly" faith.

God only gives each of us only a small piece of the puzzle ... God does this so we must share with others and so we don't become PROUD - remember this was Satan's sin - the true original sin!

THEREFORE - Chuck also has only been given a small piece of the Biblical puzzle and he needs to be more careful with his postulations!

Chuck as well as every other Christians must be mindful of not putting words in God's mouth by "adding to or subtracting from God's Word" - note, Jesus' last commandment in the Bible wherein Jesus states those that do so will be under a curse)!

THEREFORE - Chuck and Christians beware not to add to or subtract from God's Word!

Respectfully submitted as my understanding, I share with you what has been shared with me. Amen.

Any Christian preacher with a huge following ppl should be cautious about, as so many of them (Pat Robertson, Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen, etc) are turning out to be part of the Luciferian/Illuminati system with the purpose of subtly but surely leading Christians away from truth. From what I know about Chuck Missler I have not found this to be the case with him, at least yet. Affiliation with that Swastica group is a little strange though.

But the Nephilim are even taught in the Bible. And the Book of Enoch was not only the most highly regarded of holy texts (next to the Bible of course) by early Christians but it is also referenced in the Bible by both Peter and Jude. So your statement about it being non-inspired is based on ignorance. These teachings were hidden by the Catholic/Babylonian Church for almost 2 millenia for a reason. Because they expose what's really going in this world.

Anonymous said...

Another thing, the Nephilim story was also taught in the Book of Jasher, another book referenced in the Bible.

Bible Believer said...

It's not inspired scripture. Who knows where the modern books of Jasher came from. be careful of ANYONE who points you to non-inspired scriptures and false books.

Anon how do you counteract evil in the vaccine industry? Tell them to leave out the thimerosal?

Agree with you about real science mixed in with New Age inspired trash. Don't get me started about how the money floats the bias boat.

Be careful of Calvin, another daughter of Rome.

Hmm why did Missler run to New Zealand? Scary times for the USA when you realize how many big whigs jumped off the ship.

Hey if he wants people to be Bereans, they will examine him too. He may say this and not really mean it.

Missler's involvement with Swansat, definitely displays Luciferian/Illuminati connections.

The Catholic church is already using the nephilim deception.

Remember how I wrote I am an ex Catholic as well as ex-Theosophist UU, I knew about the Nephilim in New Age and metaphysical circles. They owned it before they made it all "Chrsitian" with teachers like Missler.

It seems everytime anonymous comments or says something to think about bible believer (does mean bible understanding by the way) just replies back saying something about Chuck Missler - okay we get it you disagree with some of his teachings. I'm sure if any of spent some time together we would find much to disagree with but does it take way our belief in Chirst? That He along is our only HOPE of salvation? STOP WITH IT ALREADY!! How about saying some praises of God in how GREAT HE ALONE IS? Also, just because you don't understand what Anonymous is saying leave it at that don't try to comment on it (simply say I don't understand everything) pride will ALWAYS hinder you from allowing the SPIRIT to reveal TRUTHS.

Peace,
For me, the Jury is still out on the Nephilim. I consider myself an objective person and for me the word of God is alive and His name is Jesus. I consider the Bible my final authority on everything.

Having made that clear, I do have some careful considerations that I firmly believe need to be reconciled.

The first consideration that I have is the word of God. I have noticed that a great many people seem to want to discuss the many different translations of God's word. I find this curious as I know that there are some that are far better than others and then there are translations that are blatantly heretical.

I include myself in this group as I say that it seems that we do not love the absolute truth and sufficiency of the word of God enough to pick up a Strong's Concordance and try and find out what God was literally saying to us. I used to do that but I don't do it so often lately.

My point here is this: As to the Nephilim question, I first must recognize some very compelling things in scripture that cause me to not be able to simply dismiss the possibility out of hand.
Second, I have seen reputable scientific evidence of giants with other worldly DNA.
Thirdly (and this I find particularly troublesome), In light of some of the things I have seen reported by people who (in many cases) are no longer living, such as what the US and other governments may be doing in regard to DNA, the possibility alien life and eyewitness testimony of individuals who have nothing to gain but everything to lose beginning with their credibility and ending with their lives. I have to conclude that I do not know the answer yet. I suffer from no prideful need to be correct in the matter. I am correct in the veracity of scripture and the Holy sacrifice of Jesus whereby He shed His blood for me.

I consider myself thoughtful and objective. I cannot, at this time, be sure of the answer to the question. I will add one final comment on Chuck Missler and others like him who teach on these things. When we see people making money and careers out of topics like this, we find a consistent need to make things more spectacular and new so that people will continue to spend money. Thus corruption seems inevitable.

How is arguing about someone's worthiness, or whether he is right or not going to further God's kingdom? The bible teaches us that God alone is the judge of man's heart. No one knows except Him. Every single one of us will have to face the judgement seat. Maybe we should be more worried about our own actions rather than everyone else's. Wouldn't it be great if as Christians we could all wage war against the enemy of our souls instead of waging war on each other. We are supposed to be the body of Christ loving others as God would love them. Attacking everyone who you don't agree with doesn't show God's love.

I would like to make a few comments and maybe even ask a few questions based on what I have read in this blog.

I come from a little different experience than maybe most here as I have been a student of Missler's for many years.

I would like to first state that I have traveled to Israel with Missler and have spent some time talking with him. I shared communion with him at the Garden tomb and have had the chance to talk to him about many of the things that didn't make sense to me in his teachings.

I would like to start off by stating that Missler is no heratic. He loves Jesus with all his heart and if you knew him at all this would be apparent to you.

I would like to note that many good bible teachers differ on views when it comes to many different bible topics and subjects. Many of our current views however come from a newer generation of teachers that try and make the bible comfortable for us and lean the teachings on ideas that are easier for the laypeople to swallow.

with that in mind I would like to address a few topics.

1. Kingdom, Power, and Glory. This book has gotten a lot of heat from many sources. Most commonly because they take what Chuck states out of context. The book in no way states that there is a purgatory in place. People that say this simply are either illiterate or looking for something that is not there. Chuck is well known to look past what is comfortable when studying scripture. He simply did the same with this topic and is very clear in his book that this view is not held by many commentators. He is clear that you are not to believe his point of view but examine it against scripture. The bible is very clear that we are not going to be equal in the millennium. There are many many verses regarding different levels of rewards including the following...

1 Cor 3:13-15

Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is.If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

jeff edwards said...

It is clear that not all will be equally rewarded in the millennium. I do understand that people would like to think that I can be saved and then just live a life full of sin and self pleasure just to get to the kingdom and be treated as equals with men whom have devoted their lives to God but that is simply not what the bible teaches.

Notice that all of the statements being argued in this forum have "IF" statements... We will rule with Christ "IF".... check it out yourself.....

When chuck talks about the darkness outside he is very careful to explain his point of view here. He does not state that any believer will be in the dark. He explains very well that it is a place that is glorious such as the holy place but not maybe as glorious as the holy of holies. He never states that anyone will be out of the presence of Christ.

2. The nephalim. When it comes to this topic, Chucks views are not new at all. The majority of bible scholars including barnhouse, pember, and many many others taught that the nephalim where hybrid angel/man mixes because the scripture is clear on the subject. do a study on Gen 6 and look up the term "Sons of God" for yourself. all throughout scripture it is only used of 2 subjects... Adam, and Angels. It simply means direct creation of God. We are sons of Adam. We become sons of God when we accept Jesus Christ and he does not fix out heart but gives us a NEW heart.

I want to ask people to seriously consider being careful calling people heretics because their views differ from their own. We can have different views on topics.

I also know about the Swansat project and you guys really need to stop stating that just because it has a new world order ring to it that anyone affiliated is evil. Chuck and Walty are working to use the system to make the bible available WORLDWIDE. They also plan on using the network to offer access to commentary and biblical resources to people that have never had another way of obtaining them.

This is like saying that because TV is NWO then all that are on TV are NWO... Simply not true. We need to use the tools available to us in the best most responsible way that we can.

In ending, I believe that we should all throw out our presuppositions and pray earnestly and with an open heart that God would help smash our comfortable ideas and help us to look at scripture with spirit filled eyes.

I have studied under Chuck Missler for several years at the Institute, have attended lectures where he was a guest speaker. Before that I listened to his teachings online, and read many of his books over the past 20 years. He is one of my favorite Bible teachers, a learned man of God who is completely devoted to and in love with the Lord.

Chuck teaches against many of the things some here claim he supports, such as Dominion Theology, Emergent Church, Replacement Theology, etc. Chuck is not an occultist, and there is a difference between the occult and science such as quantum physics.

Chuck does discuss The Equidistant Letter Sequences, but does so to demonstrate Divine authorship of the Scriptures. Why? It would have been nearly impossible for men to write such sequences into the original text, and that is Chucks point, the Bible could not have been a forgery, period.

Chuck often reminds his students that he teaches what he believes and why he believes what he does, but encourages all of his students to be self feeders, and to study the Bible diligently by themselves. Chucks primary scriptural quote is Acts 17:11: "These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so."

Concerning the Nephilim, it is a hot topic in Christian and Non Christian circles. There is ample evidence in the Bible, Genesis 6, Numbers 13:1-33, 2 Samuel 21:20, Deut. 3:11, Amos 2:9, 2 Sam. 21:16, Deut. 2:10, to name a few, which suggest an intermingling between women and fallen angels, and the resultant giant hybrid offspring, described as nephilim in some versions, and giants in other versions.

Consult any old newspaper archive prior to 1900, and you will find many articles of giant skeletons having been unearthed, often with unusual skulls (some horned, some elongated.)

I recently attended a Bible prophecy summit where one speaker discussed unusual elongated skulls and advanced architecture that have been discovered in Peru. The skulls were human like, but larger, with red hair. The elongated heads were not the result of cradle boarding (no stress on the sutures, and one unborn fetus also had an elongated skull.) The oddest characteristic was that these skulls had only three bones (one frontal, one occipital, and one parietal) as opposed to humans who have four bones in their skulls (one frontal, one occipital, 2 parietals) The beings could not be identified as anything known to man based on DNA results, and funds are being raised for further costly DNA testing.

One commentator suggested that the Nephilim may be part of the end time delusion. I agree. With increasing numbers of UFO sightings, and in light of how easily people seem to embrace the whole alien agenda, not even considering that they could be demonic in nature, this may be the delusion spoken of in the Bible. Christians should see them as demonic, rather than agents of enlightenment, which is basically what those in the New Age religions believe.

Will there be a second incursion of nephilim? The Bible tells us there were nephilim in those days and also AFTERWARDS, when the sons of God (bene ha elohim, a term which is always is used of angels) came into the daughters of men (benot ha adam) and bore children to them, These were the mighty men who were of old, the men of renown. Gen 6:4 ESV

Why is the topic of Nephilim/Giants important? It supports the Biblical stories of the Nephilim, of which the story of David and Goliath is the most well known, along with the Anakim and Og of Bashan. The discovery of giant skeletons would support the Biblical stories of the giants.

I do have one suggestion, concerning Dr. Missler. Rather than writing scathing blogs about him (or other fellow Christians), why not contact him (or them) yourself, and discuss your concerns or misunderstandings about what he is teaching.

It seems to me that when a Christian makes unkind reflections about another believer, he or she is doing the devil’s work.

People like "Bible Believer" are far far worse than any false teacher. They are pure evil in every sense of God's word. He breaks every aspect of God's word in his statements and like the devil he follows very slickly weaves his way through the comments fomenting strife and struggle amongst believers. People you must see people like this for who they really are. It is one thing to call out someone like Joel Osteen who says "there are many ways to Christ and the Father" preaching Oprah christianity lol, and totally another to call out someone like Chuck who has more knowledge in his little finger than this person obviously has in his whole mind. The bible is clear there were Nephillim in the bible and there were Giants who were their offspring when they mated with women. The seed of the Giants and the Nephillim did survive the flood, this is clear also in the bible. It is also very very clear as one anonymous poster points out that they are here again now as the bible said they would. The days of Noah have returned...

It seems many do not understand what this means and what technology the fallen ones had at their disposal. No they think we have come this far on our own and in less than one hundred fifty years.

All these things, as Chuck says, are biblical. You can expect to see more and more bizarre and evil things as the time of Christ return draws near.

God has given me a warning to pass that something bad is at hand very shortly. That we are to prepare... at first I thought this meant water and food etc... and I suppose it does, but, more to his point is prepare spiritually. Jesus will return soon and he is warning to be prepared in your spirit.

Don't listen to these fools who want you to loose sight of God's word and what he wants for you... don't let them cause strife amongst you, that is what their master wants... turn away from them and prepare... the time is at hand....

Love in Christ

Completely agree that Chuck's defense of Nan's book regarding under-prepared Christians will be cast into the outer darkness is inexcusable.

Totally agree that there will be differences of rewards (crowns, accolades, responsibilities, etc.)during the Mill-Kingdom however Outer Darkness is a biblical term reserved for the perishing certainly not the Bridal members.

Swansat project involvement is well answered above and on Chuck's web site.

I do believe the real issue that fries people's bacon is that Chuck does believe that the Fallen Angles of God left their first estate (changed their "being" somehow)took women and created Nephilim (Fallen Ones or Earth Born) in Gen 6:2-4.

Chuck is not alone in these beliefs. (Besides having the distinct advantage of being the literal reading of the actual text.)

It should also be pointed out that among those conservative Bible scholars supporting the "fallen angel" view are: G. H. Pember, M. R. DeHaan, C. H. McIntosh, F. Delitzsch, A. C. Gaebelein, Kenneth S. Wuest, A. W. Pink, Robert C. Newman, Donald Grey Barnhouse, Henry Morris, Merril F. Unger, Arnold Fruchtenbaum, Hal Lindsey, Thomas Ice, Don Koenig, Jack Kelly, and Chuck Smith being among the best known.

Calling all of the above heretics for this belief is a tall drink of water indeed.

In fact Don Koenig, Hal Lindsey & Jack Kelly wrote articles on these Nephilim / Alien connections.

http://www.gotquestions.org/sons-of-God.html also agrees that those beings in Gen 6:4 are fallen angels that had union with human women and further states: “Earlier Hebrew interpreters and apocryphal and pseudopigraphal writings are unanimous in holding to the view that fallen angels are the “sons of God” mentioned in Genesis 6:1-4.”

Answers in Genesis agrees that:
1) Jewish translators of the Septuagint,
2) Ancient Jewish traditions i.e. Justin, Athenagoras, Cyprian, Eusebius, et al
3) Josephus, who called it the “constant opinion of antiquity”
4) The Book of Enoch (definitely ancient but not scripture),

all held strongly to the idea that the sons of God in Gen 6:4 were fallen angels and the Nephilim were offspring of such unnatural unions.

Dr Fruchtenbaum states: “By comparing the Genesis passage with the passages in II Peter and Jude, it is clear that these are angels who intermarried with human women, and not simply Sethites who intermarried with Cainites.”

Robert C. Newman surveyed the various ideas proposed and accepted by ancient Jewish exegetes, ancient Christian interpreters and the authors of the New Testament. He documented the fact that in the pre-Christian era, Jews accepted the view that the “sons of God” were supernatural beings. The New Testament writers also accepted that view. It is only in relatively recent times that a non-supernatural identification of these “sons of God” has found wide acceptance. (Robert C. Newman, The Ancient Exegesis of Genesis 6: 2, 4. Grace Theological Journal, 5, 1, 1984 p 13 - 36.)

The “angel theory” view was the traditional Rabbinical view as seen in the extra-biblical Book of Enoch, Testimony of the 12 Patriarchs & Josephus Flavius. It was also the view of the early church fathers, including Philo of Alexandria, Justin Martyr, Irenaeus, Athenagoras, Tertullian, Lactantius, Ambrose, and Julian.

Below is how Hebrew scholars interpret the Genesis 6:2-4 scriptures according to their ancient Hebrew traditions.

“When men began to increase on earth and daughters were born to them, the divine beings saw how beautiful the daughters of men were and they took wives from among those that pleased them. It was then, and later too, that the Nephilim appeared on earth – when the divine beings cohabited with the daughters of men, who bore them offspring. They were the heroes of old, the men of renown.” (Genesis 6:2-4, Jewish translation of the Torah. Tanakh Jewish Publication Society )

Sethite/Daughters of Cain view first was proposed by Julius Africanus and Cyril of Alexandria in the 5th century AD because some Apostates (Celsus and Julian) were attacking the traditional fallen angel interpretation and it was becoming an embarrassment. So being friends of Origen, they allegorized the literal meaning of the scripture and threw out the traditional Jewish interpretations of those verses and made up something that was less embarrassing. As was his custom, Augustine embraced this less embarrassing, Sethite theory and championed it and thus it became the dominate view in the middle ages and beyond due to the RCC also embracing it.

So in short, the literal, historical and apostolic view was too embarrassing so those guys in the middle ages allegorized the story until it wasn't embarrassing anymore and then the Roman Catholic Church happily adopted it.

Remind you of anything else???

And as that old saying goes, most everyone carries baggage on their journey from Rome to Whitenberg – even Martin had his share.

important men (and probably women) to get a social network with them through the
shared women that were angels' wives.

angels find out they want more giants, so they showed them how to do genetic
engineering better. the aliens we hear of now are descended from those off world
when the Flood hit, humans modified with insect, amphibian, reptile, etc. DNA.

not angel DNA. Why are the angels MALE? because they are a non reproducing species,
and are not male or female but the Bible writers saw them as male because big and
strong. Being shape shifters who could materialize, they could equip themselves
with genitalia, but being spirits they had no DNA.

People are lazy. Politicians and "religious leaders" know this. People like for the work to be done for them. Knowing this, a person in a position of leadership can get his/her message out and have it better believed and more unchecked if they say "I have done the research and I believe this (and you should believe it too) but don't take my word for it, find out for yourself.

99.9% of the people are not going to do anything. Why do work that has already been done? This person, who projects knowledge and authority and who has tons of charisma said he did all the work so I choose to take his word for it.

This is why the world... The World!... is going to be deceived. Only .01% of the population will have their eyes open and be able to see the truth and only through Christ will it be done.

To the nitpickers, no, my percentages are not based on scripture. I am just trying to make a quick point about the majority of humanity being fooled due to human nature.

I listen to Chuck Missler every day to work and on my way home. I love his style of Bible teaching. Calling someone a false teacher is very serious , Chuck Missler always states do not take his word for it check it against SCripture. satan must be laughing with delight at you .

I agree 😊

I did check his words against scripture. Christian Zionism is a lie and so are many other false teachings he has come up with.

Ashley Nevins said...

Agree with him or not Missler is clear when he says to not take his word for it but to search the Scripture for yourself. He always encourages you to Biblically search it out yourself and come to your own conclusions.

So if Chuck makes a mistake does that make him a mistaken teacher at the point of his mistake or does it instead make him a total false teacher? So, throw him out if you disagree with him on one or more his teaching points? Missler from my hearing him is often careful to tell you what is his opinion in the midst of other opinions.

Let him who is above Biblical understanding mistake throw the first stone at Missler. Yes, be the one who knows it all and tell us all that you for sure know you are right about without any mistake in it and do it every time perfectly.

Walid Shoebat is saying all the western centric modern end times teachers got it wrong. What I know is that as the tribulation grows closer we come to understand more. I do not believe because someone got something wrong it makes them a false teacher.

There are obvious false teachers and to say that Missler is one of them in my mind is mistaken. Missler has done more to expose obvious false teaching than most everyone commenting here.

Searching out what In the Days of Noah means is important to discussion of anyone writing on it and disagreement among Godly good men is not unusual, it is to be expected as the time grows closer and evidences of what was believed before is challenged with new information. Oh, but, if you don't have an exclusive western centric viewpoint on end times that must make you a false teacher?

I believe Chuck is open to changing his mind by the fact he is not trying to control our minds by saying he has got it absolutely right and if you disagree with him you then got it all wrong. He believes you have a right to your viewpoint even if he disagrees with you or if you disagree with him. That is showing grace.

If Missler telling you to search the Scripture yourself is not good enough evidence of his humility and ethics as a teacher then you need to find yourself the absolutely right teacher in a cult that believes it is Gods only true belief, only true church and only true salvation and that is exclusively right in comparison to everyone else who may see something differently. If you can't find that cult then become a cult unto yourself in how right you always believe you are.

If you want the perfect teacher then become that perfect teacher yourself or go find that perfect teacher, and good luck with that search or in your becoming that perfect teacher who can judge the intent, attitude, thinking and heart of Missler and others you may disagree with and who otherwise live Godly humble lives by grace.

I personally do not always agree with Chuck, but I would not imply or call him a deceived, delusional or apostate false teacher who is basically lying to us. I also do not see him as sincerely deceived, but like myself I see him through grace as being imperfect and humbly willing to admit that.

To those who see Chuck as a false teacher tell us who the perfect human teacher you know is and who is above mistake. Please teach us who it is and why you believe this person is above mistake in your mind. Would that perfect teacher be you who see Missler as a false teacher and not as a imperfect teacher who is not above a mistake? Gods grace understands that even good men of God who are teachers make mistakes.

Many who lack grace see any not above mistake Bible teacher who they disagree with or who they can point out a mistake with as a false teacher. In my mind that is spiritual immaturity that lacks grace by a judgmental critical spirit attitude.

My basis starting point for a false teacher starts with 1 John 4:3 and 2 John 2:22 and you have every right to come to your own Biblical starting point basis for identifying a lying false teacher. Oh, yes, I have far more Scripture references than those two alone but I don't lack grace in seeing that any Bible teacher is not above a mistake.

Oh wow.... just wow. Salvation is through Christ. The belief in Christ that he was Gods the son on earth, and died on the cross for our sins and rose again.
Its pretty plain and simple. I read acomment above that we should look nonbelievers in the eyes with love and tell them they are going to hell if they do not believe in christ... thats a great idea said no smart person ever. We should look at all with love and show them scripture about what christ did for them. If someone looked at me and said your going to hell unless you believe this I would not liisten. If someone looked at me an d said read this and handed me a bible and I read the true nature of christ and the love God has for us I would be more likely to accept the gift of salvation.
The only thing that matters is the word of God and no man has any power compared to Gods word. Never follow the teachings or words of any man.always check the truth out for yourself and follow Gods word directly.

I don't see anyone talking about Nancy Missler who actually wrote the book, The Kingdom, Power and the Glory. She is the one putting forth this false teaching on the outer darkness, totally unBiblical even if Chuck supports it. I don't think they are false teachers. i think they are deluded in this false interpretation. This goes to show us that anyone can go off the spiritual rails for any reason at any time. Thank the Lord that born again people are eternally saved in Christ even when they are wrong about other things. They will have to answer for this at the Bema judgement. BTW, the transhumanist movement is up and running and Nephilim have been with us forever. Do your homework! Nimrod was Nephilim. He ruled the Babylonian empire which is being revived in these last days. Chuck was right about that all along. But this outer darkness thing is so bogus. I was very disappointed to read that book and couldn't finish it.

Ive read plenty of things here about chuck Missler et al. I think CM has a good ministry in attempting to stretch our thinking about what the bible says. Those who set up blogs to warn everyone (usually about everything) stand in a precarious position. You DON'T have everything squared off scripturally... you simply don't. CM always presents his views as something to go away and check up on. If you conclude you don't agree with him how about thanking him for taking the time to suggest a point of view instead of lambasting him for not seeing it the way you do. Zero percent of CM's work is aimed to hinder glorification of Christ. His often 'pushing the envelope' can be seen to be off centre BUT with the motivation to stretch our thinking. For example, the teaching on the 'outer darkness' for those who were less faithful. Hes saying the scripture indicates that in the 1000 year reign (and if you dont believe that theres no point in discussion) some have less proximity to Jerusalem (the light). The teaching suggests that when the rewards are given out, all will reign with Christ but some further from the enthroned Lord. Now someone has to be ruling the bronx right? So my view of this i place in three categories. Red, amber and green. This teaching is interesting and I applaud the mind that has 'gone there.' So it is in an 'amber' category. It's not going to change your life. it's just information. Theres not a lot of 'red' from Chuck Missler but plenty of 'amber' and 'green' Green is good and CM has much green to offer. Now about the internet warriors who author this blog and others. Why not focus on the real false teachers who are flashing RED all the time? It seems you see controversy as a way to gain attention and theres plenty of false teachers to put the cross hairs on. But most of this anti CM stuff can be explained... but as long as you keep pushing out the opinions you have without exploring the data... it is judging. ill leave that with you.

I have seen a lot of Negative about Mr. Missler in this blog but have still not seen any Biblical proof of his teaching being "unbiblical" You speak of Nephalim being a false teaching but it clearly states in the Bible that this happened and Giants existed. You claim Christ coming back to rule on the earth is a false teaching but the Bible also directly teaches this to be true. I am still trying to figure out if maybe You are the false teacher?

Seth's humans mating with Cain's humans would give no precedent to Giants being born.
(And some of these were HUGE - "we are like grasshoppers in their sight"). These weren't just 'bigger dudes' like NBA or NFL players - no, these were literally giants. Quite in fact there have been hundreds of giant humanoid remains excavated both by archeologists, and common folks digging them up while working. Mainstream media and academia deliberately refuse to speak on these. The smithsonian has been collecting these up and hiding them from public access.

If you understand the origin of the physical world, the angelic view of nephilim is not at all a problem.
From the invisible things the visible things are made. The physical world is actually simpler/easier or "lesser" than the spiritual world. In fact, it is perfectly Biblical and logical to say that our physical space-time world is a "subset" of the spiritual world.
Satan has no "creative" power like God, but he has rearranging or "engaging" abilities, much like we do where we "create" by rearranging already existing, God-made molecules of paint, rock, wood, metal, fabric, etc., to make things. In a sense these devils were rearranging whatever was already put into human flesh by the Creator.
We have numerous accounts of angels (good and bad) effecting PHYSICAL results in our physical world (angel prevents re-entry into eden with a rotating sword, angel kills all firstborn, angel kills 185k asyrians, Job's kids are killed by satan storming their house down, angel keeps fire from burning Daniel's 3 friends, satan talks as serpent, pharaoh's demon-harnessing witches mimicked several of the 10 plagues, etc.) So I dismiss these made-up doctrines of modern theologians who say "angels are non-caporial beings, and therefore cannot reproduce". It's like a character on a TV screen saying "everyone else who isn't on TV, has no shape or form, and cannot be seen." When in fact their very presence on that 2-dimensional screen is a testament to the fact that a "more real" 3-dimensional being can at any time get in front of a camera, and appear on that screen in "lesser" 2 dimensions...

Think - the eternal Christ was brought into PHYSICAL existence by a Spirit coming upon a daughter of man, the virgin Mary. We know satan wants to mimic everything God does, only in an inverted way (like a minus sign in front of a number). So Jesus Christ in the flesh was the Holy (and only legitimate) result of Spirit coming upon a "daughter of man".
Miraculous? Yes, but still possible in concept

Why would you think the devil wouldn't attempt as much? The more sacred something is in God's economy, the more satan wants to imitate and defile it. And he tries to do it preemptively, before God's version is manifest - so that he could accuse Christianity of stealing concepts from "older" religions. Like all the Babylon mystery religions with their "trinities", "virgin births", third-day return to life, etc.

Besides, those who openly worship and welcome the demonic have no problem with the idea of nephilim. In almost all satanic/pagan religions they have rites to summon a succubus or incubus - demons with female or male "plumbing" that come and rape them in their sleep. Now some claim its all just "mental/dream" in their minds. Funny, the occultists who practice this don't say so! Given the angels making physical effects as recorded in the Bible, it's more logical to read the Genesis 6 exactly as it reads. There are numerous other arguments that make the "Seth/Cain" view nonsensical, or conversely, which would themselves be nonsensical and irrelevant had the Seth view been true. (Again, why would a human mating with a human suddenly produce Giants?? and why would the Bible call them nephilim - or "Fallen Ones"? Literally "Fallen Down From up-high")...

How can any of us Cast beams out of the eyes of the masses when sites like this exist?? The amount of bad doctrine is astonishing in these times. As Paul said in 1 Timothy 4:1 "Now the Spirit speaketh expressly that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils..." It is important more now than ever to seek Gods word. 2 Timothy 2:15. We need to seek the Lord and abide in the Spirit. For anyone sincerely seeking truth I would encourage you to read the Bible and for excellent commentary with discussion options I would recommend
www.doctrine.org as is strictly Bible and articles are for the Gospel of Grace age that we are now living in.

We have been warned expressly about false teaching and Jesus himself will be coming sometime hopefully more sooner than later. I would like it if none were deceived.
It is sorrowful that there is so much falseness preached today. Pray for truth, pray for peace and pray for one another. Grace and Peace to all who love the Lord Jesus truly.

Eeh i sure have doubt on some thing Chuck speaks about. But Genesis 6 verse 1-4 is very clear about Sons of GOD taking themselves wife's from daughters of Men (they even made children)...

Those son's of GOD weren't human, that the sure thing that text shows us. The only son of God before that on earth was Adam. The rest were son's of men (children of ADAM and EVA)?

I don't see a discussion here? To doubt this means doubting the written word of GOD. And GOD is very clear in Genesis. The children they men were Gians "Powerful men of renow". Those children weren't spirits, they were physical...they could die like humans do (drowning??!!).

Can't believe in everything chuck speak before opening the bible and check yourselves. But I'm sure that this part we don't need chuck to interpret, GOD put it very clear in the bible.

To get children with a woman you need compatible dna. And those Son's of god had sex with (Genesis 6:4) them them soo.... dna working...and children were born. It's not like those Son's of god had special power that they could make children without having sex and go around GOD's code on how to make childeren... They liked the woman and took them as wife's, then had sex and got children with them... no crazy text here..... Unless you don't like reading it..

If you find this so strange, why read the bible at all? Revelation goes a lot further into strange things than this truth.

I love Chuck Missler, but as I do with all speakers, I discern the spirit speaking before I allow it to take root. I've been born again for 23 years now and can tell you I have changed my mind hundreds of times on various subjects. I started as a Baptist, but now speak in tongues. What am I to do with that? I've learned over the years that we, as Christians tear ourselves apart and grieve the Spirit working in us. I teach Sunday school at my church and speak periodically at an outreach center in town and also have weekly Bible study at my home. I use much of what I have gleaned from Mr Missler, along with others. There have been many times I disagree with him and just bypass what he believes to draw my own conclusions from the Scripture I know for myself. Disagreeing doesn't mean I consider him a false teacher. We just don't agree. If he were to say sodomites will go to heaven, then I call false prophet. There are so many out there that are completely Satanic, that I just get tired of calling good men "false prophets". I disagree with practically every one on some subject, but as long as it's not condemning people to hell, or just blatantly anti Scripture, They have as much right to speak as I do. I will take informed information from anyone if they can convince me from Scripture it has merit. His obsession with UFO's and Bible Codes is unfortunate, but interesting. I don't have to take every morsel put out there.
I've had discussions with people that argue that God is a space alien with proof from "a wheel inside a wheel" to accession into heaven, and other verses. Well, if you look at it from their perspective, God is from somewhere else and is looking to bring people home to Himself, and some verses do sound like the New Jerusalem will descend from space to earth right before the earth burns. Scripture says we are aliens in a foreign land and our home is somewhere else. We just choose to describe it in a different way.
Chuck Missler is a scientist and chooses to be interested in things that don't interest others. I'm just tired of the internet condemning good people to "false prophets" just because we don't see eye to eye. This is why there are hundreds of denominations that call themselves "Christian". There is no book called Christianity for Dummies. We all believe differently in some form or another. There really are bad people with bad intentions out their deceiving the flock, but they have their own cults follow them. Chuck is NOT one of those.

Dr. Missler is solid.

I personally have had bad experiences with a particular Calvary Chapel that was called something else before Calvary Chapel. Yet, I still listen to the Pastor and know he is an anointed man with clay feet.

I read another commentary on Missler that asserted the tragedy surrounding his son's and wife were indicative of a curse or a statement that his deceptions cost his house. This is just down right cruel. Makes me wonder if Paul Cohen would have cut on Job?

The comments about how Missler relies on the Book of Enoch to support his position on the Nephilam is short sighted. Genesis 6 and Numbers pretty well cover it.

Last, Missler conceded to me on a Q&A broadcast that my interpretation that the Parable of the Fig was not fulfilled by the UN 1948 vote for Israeli Statehood, but the War of Psalm 83 will be the fulfillment. Chuck conceded, that while that is not what he teaches that my position was defendable. This tells me much about any man.

I feel sorry for people who have to rise themselves up by putting others down.

Reading this blog has been very disturbing. I happened upon it by accident. There are three references in the Bible about Christians, they all tend to be derogatory. I don't consider myself to be a Christian. I consider myself to be a disciple of Jesus Christ. There is a difference.

Christians tend to be dogmatic in their beliefs to the point they shoot their wounded. If someone doesn't believe as they do they are hypocrites. Christians believe Jesus came to establish a new religion. Plainly stated, he did not! He came to establish a new relationship and a new covenant.

Disciples of Jesus Christ will openly discuss differences and use the scriptures to learn the truth. They do so lovingly and without condemnation.

Two thousand years ago Jesus submitted willingly to be a sacrifice for our sins. The moment he died the scripture says the temple veil was rent into. At that moment man no long had to bring sacrifices to God to be accepted for his sin. God stepped out from behind the vail, he provided a sin sacrifice for us to accept for our sin. How we deal with that sacrifice will either provide us with salvation or condemation.

We stand before Jesus and give an accounting as to how we treated and/or slandered a fellow believer. Jesus is just and righteous and due penalties or rewards will be received.

I have long been torn between the doctrines of Calvinism and Arminianism. Being intimately familiar with both doctrines I can tell you with all sincerity, I have found Dr. Missler's book "The Kingdom, Power and Glory", enlightening. While I don't agree with everything it has challenged my thinking. Whether or not you agree with someone's writing should not be based on your own feelings, because you could be wrong yourself. That is the reason why, those of us who have been born again, have been blessed by our Heavenly Father with the Spirit of Discernment.

It is my prayer that all on this blog will move forward with discerment through the power of the Holy Spirit, with love, respect and consideraton for fellow believers.
